Everything was perfect. The views from our room were spectacular, the food was lavish and amazing, the bed was sooo comfortable, the service was above and beyond, the pool is sparklingly clean and beautiful, the rooms are silent, and everything is so carefully designed and prepared for a luxurious stay. We celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary there, and it was all so delightful. Thank you, Shangri-la! We'll be back.

Another thing worth mentioning is the friendly and super helpful staff you know they are standing by all the time for your needs. This hotel has other facilities, e.g. restaurant, gym and swimming pool at high floor, which gives a unique feeling of Chengdu.

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro exit, and also within walking distance from the vibrant city centre. The room was modern and clean with a large and comfy bed. The staff was also very helpful and were able to communicate in good English, which is always appreciated.
