Especially the front desk and restaurant staff who were so welcoming, polite, courteous and very helpful, particularly as my luggage did not arrive at the airport, and they helped me get it back in 24 hours. This hotel is probably the best one I stayed in so far. The room is amazing, there is a fully equipped laundry room free of charge, minibar free of charge, robot that delivers takeaway to your doorstep, super nice gym and daily cleaning with attention to detail.
