The location was fine but the interaction between staff and customer was poor. No knowledge of the booking, charged for the night, charged for a no show when I actually stayed there. refused to pay back the deposit of $200 macau which I’m still trying to get chased up. All in all quote disappointed. I was given an upgrade room and the hotel is dated, quite ages but I expected that.

The room had everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great bed and bathroom. 3. Restaurant. The hotel has an excellent restaurant (Japanese, Chinese cuisine).
