The hotel is very good. The staff is attentive and friendly. The service manager whose name was Sophy was very kind and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay.

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted me with resolving an issue with a bank ATM, calling the bank for me and arranging matters, and keeping me up to date. They also helped me on various other occasions to find shops, manage public transport etc.
The beds are comfortable (not always a given in China). The location is excellent, right next to metro line 2 and close to a number of shops and restaurants.
Sockets take EU plugs, and there were also USB ports for charging. The airco was welcome in the 30-degree weather.
The hotel has a free laundry service which came in handy, with short wash and dry cycles so you can do a quick wash. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices both Western and Chinese.
