The staff were helpful especially the one checking us in. Even though there is a language barrier but they have the pocket translator to help ease the process. All staff were amazing, front desk, the coffee house, the cleaners were absolutely delightful. A walking distance for places to eat (5 mins walk) Starbucks, neighborhood mall, a park, etc. Breakfast buffet is great, local food consist of Congee, Noodles, Fried rice and some dim sum. We stayed for 6 nights and tried all!

The breakfast options was excellent, and the room is spacious with stunning city view, all at a great price. The hotel's close proximity to the Metro is incredibly convenient. I must particularly commend the staff for their outstanding service, especially Mr. Brian, who consistently goes above and beyond to assist me in unexpected and thoughtful ways. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I am in Shanghai.

It was in a very good location with shops cafes and next to the metro stop. Great and friendly service from the team. It was really great the breakfast restaurant with many options and great quality. Frank at the reception really helped us with the check in and the late check out. The spa area was amazing with much space, clean and even a swimsuit drying machine. Very satisfied with the experience and I would definitely consider repeating my stay when I’m back in Shanghai!
