Flight cancelled, advised could get room service. Got to room, no menu but advised later it was on tv. Regardless rang reception and room service, no one picking up the phone. Ended up at 10pm in the restaurant. Advised invoice would be emailed. Still waiting. Called the hotel x 2 and both times they answered and left the phone off the hook!
