One of the best 5 stars Hotel in UAE. We were warmely welcomed at the reception by Anouer, he is so nice and friendly and provide us all the information. Mateen at the Valet was also very friendly and professional. We were in a hotel but we felt like at home.

I would highly recommend it to anyone wanting something special, this is the place to visit. Also the location is excellent, it is very close to the Metro station! The staff was the best. My partner and I absolutely loved our stay here. Our room was very spacious, clean & comfortable. We appreciated the attention to all the little details, such as the lovely toiletries, turn-down service, daily cleaning & replenishing water & towels etc. The gym was phenomenal - it was stocked with diverse and modern equipment and a great view. The breakfast buffet selection was huge and everything was absolutely delicious - honestly one of the best breakfast buffets we've ever seen. Room service was also excellent. We cannot rave enough about every staff member we encountered - not only were they attentive and exceptionally good at their respective jobs, but they were also genuinely friendly and made us feel at home. Also we loved the location in Palm Jumeriah. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again- it actually lives up to its 5-star status!
