I would like to start off by thanking Mr. Michil Nassrawy for being such a friendly manager and making me feel that I am home. I arrived around midnight and was escorted to my room. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the needed amenities. The hotel accommodated my requests at every turn, giving me a street view room on the 6th floor and even granting my late checkout immediately. I even got offered a coffee after I checked out. Breakfast in the morning was top notch with a big selection. The sense of hospitality the hotel conveyed was immaculate. Would Definity come again when I visit Dubai. Price of stay to the quality of the stay is spot on. Again, big thank you to Mr. Michil.
