Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room is cozy and comfy. Breakfast is great. Daily cookies and hot apple cider are my favorites.

Perfect stay for skiing trip. Direct shuttle bus to jackson hole ski resort, complementary laundry for ski clothes, nice restaurant, free water, afternoon cookies, nice staff and good facility. You can watching the moose and deer next to the hotel.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location next to a creek and a walk to town. Room was large and very comfortable. The owners were lovely to deal with and went the extra mile to make the stay memorable. Provided lovely snacks and afternoon drinks and a great cooked breakfast. Pity we only stayed for one night!

Location is literally in the square, decor is high end luxury cabin motif, outdoor hot tub is large and hot and stays open until 9pm, rooftop terrace has breathtaking views, outdoor fire was pretty, walking distance to everything literally, even the snow king mountain. The lobby lounging area is beautiful and cozy and they keep the fireplace going nice and strong. They have board and card games available for families to play in the lobby, Each floor had a complimentary station that was stocked with different types of trail mix, chips, sparkling water, drinking water, energy bars, and coffee all free of charge and unlimited self serve. A homemade ice cream shop was across the street and it was phenomenal.

The beds were comfortable, the living area comfortable and setting was serene. Easy area to take a walk or run without lots of traffic. Great location for easily getting to GTNP or into Jackson.

Beautiful views of the mountains one day the deers crossed the road in front of the lodge So quiet and peaceful walking distance to the ski lifts and the town center Had all the amenities including full size toiletries Had no complaints at all and couldn’t think of one thing which was missing
