The apartment is modern, well appointed and very clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. The smart TV and games in the living room were great. I can't overstate how helpful the owner/manager was. He was immediately responsive and even let us in the apartment early.

It was a clean and beautiful hotel/room however, the location was not good. We had to walk a long distance (more than 20 minutes) to reach to train station to go to Madrid. So, location wise I never recommend this hotel but for those who have private car and want to be far from city vibe and just relax, it is an appropriate place. The breakfast was also good. I did not like the staff behavior.

The hotel was clean and modern throughout.
The hotel was clean and modern throughout. A great night stop hotel as we were traveling from France to Malaga. The continental breakfast was well worth the extra €10.
One thing to note the rooms were a bit stuffy as the A/C didn’t seem to work properly. Couldn’t get it colder than about 21 degrees.

Generally good.
Generally good. Just a place to visit for business porpuses. Eating at La Verbena was good, but at Asador Errazki was much better. My only complain: the toilet maintenance... not so clean and very old. They should renew them (men and women's ones) and have someone to keep them clean.

I didn't like the hotel at all and the reception was no better, the last day the lady who was at the reception was very rude to me.
I do not recommend it to anyone, it does not have four stars I think I would not give it more than two stars
I stayed with my five year old son because we had some business to attend in the centre. It was very easy to get to and from the train station even in the rain. There's also loads of parks for kids to play in. Near the hotel and over the overpass. Near Lidl and Mercadona (major supermarkets) . Also, the restaurant downstairs had yummy food!
The room is a good size, overlooking trees and greenery. The shower was A.ma.zing!!!
It's our 2nd time in this hotel, and we will come back. The quiet and peaceful location is very nice especially if you travel by car (it's great to have free parking).
The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is always smiling and helpful. A bonus is the amazing breakfast - they have a lot of variety and really good quality food (they can accommodate for celiacs and gluten-free diets).
Amazingly located just near the road, but the road couldn’t be heard inside the room at all due to the trees and how the rooms are órganised. Very friendly and helpful stuff, comfortable rooms, individual parking in the shady spot under the room so easy to access the trunk, easy check in and check out. Everything about the hotel itself is outstanding.
The staff were so friendly and always greeted with a smile and were so attentive! The room was absolutely perfect for what we needed and at such a great price. If we visit Getafe again we will definitely be back at Hostal Colón!
Easy access, clean and affordable stay, close to the city historical centre - where you can find restaurants, bars, etc.
10 minutes walk to the Getafe Central station. Lidl across the street, other supermarkets close by.
The bedroom was nice and clean. The breakfast was good and it had a good selection. The staff was nice and helpful. The restaurant linked to the hotel had excellent food and it was very good value for money.
It was a nice surprise the concept of the hotel. Like a small houses .
We've parked for free under our room.
There was a nice looking swimming pool ,but we couldn't enjoy it because of the weather
