The location was wonderful. We booked a family room but were given the Owner’s Suite, which was two rooms and two bathrooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were very well-appointed. The breakfast was excellent - the options in the included breakfast were delicious and worked for our whole family.

Thalwil is quite an interesting place, with beautfiul scenery and also qrelaxing to avoid the Touristic trap of Zurich City Center. it is quite central so in 15 min you can reach Zurich City Center, in 35 min you reach Lucerne city center. It is a beautiful , charming, quiet spot on Lake Zurich.

We were able to go to Zurich via boat and enjoyed the sights and activities over the water in Lake Zurich. Our room had a balcony that had a good partial view of the lake. This is also close to the bus station that you can take to the Lindt Chocolate Museum. Overall, I would come back to this hotel!
