Everything, the people where very nice and made me feel like I was at home.

It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It had a microwave and a little fridge w freezer. Staff was friendly and helpful. They offered to unload my gear and move it to my room. There were no hassles and no pricing discrepancy. All and all a very nice experience.
