Naga was good, the main waterfalls were closed but we didn’t find out until we had walked 3km up hill so that was disappointing, especially when there was a lady at the entrance. Due to no transportation we then had to walk an extra 3 kms to the nearest jeepney. The natural springs swimming pool was refreshing.

I lived many years ago along Magsaysay Avenue, just a few meters from Avenue. I missed those days when we could walk from the house to the Basilica in the early morning. what happened to Naga? What a congested place. If this is progress, it was not planned properly. The traffic quadrupled but the roads were never widened. And the tricycles are hugging the road reducing the traffic to a crawl. I drove from Manila to Sogod, Leyte and tricycles were everywhere. But it was worse in Naga City. Tricycles are allowed to travel all the way from Naga to as far as Nabua right along Maharlika Highway. Naga City is choking under the name of progress. Same with Legazpi City
I booked 3 standard double rooms because I was traveling with family and friends and aside from having polite and accommodating staff, I love how clean and cozy the property is. The room is spacious, perfect for us to sleep calmly while our 4-year old kid is roaming around the room. Yes, safe siya for kids. Also, very convenient for a coffee-lover like me yung may coffee shop sa hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend to relatives and friends.
The staff were considerate. They informed me immediately when i booked that the triple room i got was located at the 3rd floor and they hotel doesnt have an elevator. I appreciated the gesture and thoughtfulness because i was travelling with a senior citizen so i was able to change my booking to a room located at the ground floor.
The Queen Exec Suite is perfect for a group of 3, with an extra bed.
Isa to sa pinaka malinis na buget hotel na napuntahan namin. Be it sa sahig, wall, grouting in the bathroom, linens, public areas, name it malinis talaga. Kitang kita na well maintained ang hotel nila and yung mga staff nila very courteous din sila that makes our stay even better
My 3rd time staying here. I liked it than the other hotel I booked just because it is already full. Don't want to try other hotels anymore when I need to be in this province. Buffet breakfast, location, facilities and rate are what keep me going back.
The hotel is glamorous and ornate…a classy ambience. The staff were patient and understanding with regards to my booking errors and I was not charged for cancellations i needed to make. The food was delicious. What a great hotel.
The hotel staffs are friendly and accommodating. They readily respond to your needs. There are restaurants and fast-food nearby. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The beat hotel I've been to in Naga so far😍
There’s a lot I like about this property! 🥰
- Value for money
- Location
- Cleanliness of the room/bathroom
- Cleanliness of the entire hotel
- Friendliness of the staff including the Security Guard
The stuff are great and very accommodating specially during the water disruption, they let us use the bathroom downstairs the rooms were clean and big, the location of the hotel is really good.
I liked the location of the hotel. It's close to fast food chains that are open 24 hours. I am a night owl, you see. Some staff. Not all. Just those who greet the guests such as my self.
Ultimately, it's good value for money. Rooms are clean, staff were very helpful and location was relatively central within Naga City - everything easily accessible by tricycle.
Brand spanking new and modern. Love the room which is very chiq. Hotel is located right next to Robinson's. Highly recommended and the price is just right.
Location is great, along Magsaysay Ave., which is one of Naga City's best areas for dining and cafes! Rooms are also big and exceeded our expectations!
