Location was good, and the water pressure was amazing. Also, make sure you drink the water from the tap. It tastes absolutely incredible, honestly that alone was the best part for me. The room had three twin beds in it, just a weird arrangement. The view was of a construction site across the street, and revelers at the tapas bar on the street were noisy until 2am every night - maybe request an indoors-facing room. The beds were two twins pushed together, which would move around, not ideal if traveling as a couple. Third bed had ripped fabric on mattress, sheets adequate. Interior of the hotel is beautiful.

First and most important, the people. Concierge Grigor was most welcoming and helpful with local sights, food, and specifics on local transportation. Concierge Antonio checked us out with smiles and easy luggage storage so we could make the best of our last few hours in Granada.
And the attached but independent café had many choices of delicious breakfast and lunch - from breakfast bowls with fruit to toasts with avocado, ham, and tomato. Great friendly service and café cortado too.
The room we were in had a fantastic view of an Alcazaba tower and walls and buildings of the Alhambra above the Darro River. It was well-designed for spaciousness, quiet, and harmonious furnishings.

Ideal for a short city break. 2 hours by bus from Málaga, pre booked an early evening walking tour which was excellent, only 6 of us and the guide Irene was excellent. We also went right round on the hop on and off train which gave us a better picture of where each area was but we had to wait a good while for a train with 4 spaces.Although we couldn't get tickets for the Alhambra we went up by No 30 bus and walked down through the park by the river and back to town. We were there for Dia del Cruz so Granada was packed, women in flamenco dress.and decorated red crosses set out

Very beautifu city.
Very beautifu city. You need to reserve the ticket to Alhambra days early. To get around the city, the best way is to take the bus. You can buy the bus card from the tobacoo shop with credit card, and it only costs less than $0.5 per trip.

Granada is a must-visit place in Andalusia.
Granada is a must-visit place in Andalusia. It's easy to walk around the city. Alhambra and other sites are worth spending a couple of days, and understand the history of Moores in Spain for nearly 700-800 years!

The MASSIVE problem with Granada is the inability to obtain tickets to get into the Alhambra palaces. All tickets are sold months/weeks in advance . Guided tours are offered at vastly inflated prices and are also booked well in advance .Tickets should cost 19 euro but are impossible to obtain .you can walk in the gardens and gain entry to the Carlos v building and the associated museums inside plus a few other areas for free

We visited in mid-April.
We visited in mid-April. Beautiful weather, but because of its altitude and proximity to the Sierra Nevada mountains it was cool in the evening (cooler than Seville) so although shorts weather in the day, bring something warmer for the evening. Lots to see and do - our visit was a last minute booking and we couldn't get tickets for the Alhambra - they book out weeks/months in advance. Not too disappointed - we will have to come again :-)
lots of great restaurants to visit
Lovely boutique hotel in centre of Granada - hiking distance to old neighbourhood, souk and shopping area. Bus for Alhambra leaves every 10m around the corner. Really spacious rooms, very clean, decorated with attention to detail. Bathroom is very clean and during our stay they had already cleaned the room during our breakfast so as not to bother us the rest of the day . Staff is very friendly and gives loads of tips for what to see, where to eat (even our next destination). Best breakfast I have had ever in a hotel (and i have seen a few)!
Awesome hotel that is gorgeous. Love the furnishings and the historic building. The beds are super comfy, the toiletries nice and plentiful. Nice patio area. I sound like a commercial, but the hotel is exceptional. We have been staying in Paradores prior to arriving in Granada, I must say the Palacete is a little nicer in the fact the rooms are more appealing with a more distinctive individual flair.
Our room is very quiet too which in Spain is an added bonus.
I can’t compliment this hotel enough. I travelled alone as I was visiting my daughter at the university of Granada. I felt very secure and safe, my room was huge and spotlessly clean. The bed was so very comfortable, I wish I could have transported it home!!
The bar/restaurant served lovely food at good prices. The staff worked so hard to accommodate everyone. Daniel was particularly lovely. I had the best time. Thank you x
Our stay here in Granada was splendid! Their staff and service is exceptional ; from the first email explaining how to arrive to checkin to restaurant recommendations and the complimentary bottle of champagne and afternoon “tea time”. This boutique hotel was clean and within walking distance of everything we explored. It’s fantastic… and on our list to return to it if in Granada again
Everything. The area of the hotel, even if it is in Alhambra not in Granada. The stuff was awesome, especially Ana. The covid measurments were perfect. Everything was programed and wrapped at the breakfast to be more contact less. Big like for this hotel. I don't know why is not a 5 star hotel. Even there I didn't saw this type of cleaning and covid measurements.
Hotel Navas.
Fantastic position in Granada.
Hotel spotless, bedding immaculately white.
Staff amazing always smiling!
Special mention to Theresa, jaun, larios.
So helpful. Nothing was toomuch trouble.
On the desk.
What a hidden gem this hotel is.!!!
Pedestrian area . Bars , and restaurants all around and squares in minutes.
Very highly recommended! 5 star.!
Beautiful. The room I stayed was extremely comfortable. It was my best night in Garanada. The room was build like to assemble like Alhambra. I really, really loved it.
This property should have been 4/5 star hotel. I’m shocked its 3 star with all this amazing welcoming customer service, cleanliness and the location. I wish I stayed longer.
Staff was amazing, so accommodating and understanding. Room was super comfy. I think if you were going to hang out at the hotel a lot more than we did, this is a great value — awesome views, great room and bed, nice location (if you are prepared to walk up hills). Very good flamenco and dive bars nearby when not heading to centro Granada.
Fabulous apartment with everything you could possibly need for a trip to Granada, and so we’ll decorated. Cutest place we stayed in on our whole tour of Spain. was washing machine and detergent which was very nice. extremely comfortable bed and pull out couch. Absolutely loved this apartment and would stay again next time
There is no better place for a hotel in Granada. In the middle of the Alhambra, beautifully quite after the touristy rush hours, in the midst of nature and beautiful gardens all around. There might be more fancy hotels but this is the biggest luxury you can have if you want to enjoy the Alhambra
The hotel was charming, well designed and appointed. Comfortable beds, lovely view. Breakfast on the terrace was great. Lorenzo couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. It was our favorite hotel in Spain and we stayed in some very nice ones. Our highest recommendation
Cute boutique hotel in historic part of Granada , right under the Alhambra. Staff were great, room was spacious, mattress really comfy and it was quiet - got a great nights sleep, best nights sleep of my whole spain trip! Free bottle of wine was a nice touch
This is an outstanding hotel so close to everything you want to see in Granada! The room, the spa, the alfresco - all wonderful. Most of all the staff are amazing! A special mention to Balini in the spa who gave me the best massage EVER!
Excellent housekeeping. / Alejandro helped me w getting a quiet rm, plus numerous other suggestions, because this was my first visit to Spain, ever /. Ignacio was also excellent at getting me into that terrible parking garage.
Stunning rooms with an amazing view out to the square, perfect location to explore granada and very helpful staff who gave us great recommendations for dinner. Our best ever hotel experience!
Our favorite property when visiting Granada. Private parking garage, best hotel bed, large rooms, excellent breakfast buffet, nice restaurant inside for any meals including bar area.
Lovely boutique hotel, 10 mins walk from central Granada. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, room clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 2 kids.
