There was a code to get in given to us on the email. We stayed in the garden room. Our friends stayed in the Erwon room. Our room was very pleasant and comfortable. The room was spacious and all amenities were there. The shower was quirky and the water was hot and plentiful. We had everything we needed. The garden was also lovely. Our friends room they told us was very nice and comfortable. They had a lovely restful time.
North Pier Hotel is located on Philip Island opposite Cowes Beach. Guests can relax by the on-site swimming pool and restaurant. Free WiFi and free parking is available.

10/19 stay… Highly recommend The location was fantastic, the bayview room was spacious, clean and the bed was sooo comfy. The restaurant and pub on site was awesome and great value!
Shout out to the friendly ladies at reception, both very friendly and great banter upon our arrival and departure.

Flinders is a small and rustic hamlet so you're not going to find a huge shopping precinct. The general store is well stocked. The fish and chips are excellent. The hotel meals are superb. The locals are friendly. The fishing (off the pier) is excellent. A great place, nice and quiet in October, no doubt very busy during holiday peak periods.) Pier and beach are within walking distance of the hotel and motel.

The quietness, the beauty of the place and the surrounding area. Loved the rural feel of the town. We ate at the hotel where the food was really good, but also at a winery close by and an Osteria I had read of.

Flinders used to be a thriving busy little village but with Covid and staff shortages it was so disappointing to have most of the shops vacant or only open Friday and Saturday. Lovely to visit surrounding areas of Red Hill and Balnarring, but better to stay on the coast at Rosebud for example and day trip to Flinders. Flinders Hotel looked a better option to stay and eat, but takeaway cafe provided meals. It is easy to get around the peninsula and not far away.

Quiet picturesque village with some cute shops.
Quiet picturesque village with some cute shops. The Chocolaterie and Ice-cream place is definitely worth a visit. Hot chocolate was the best I have tasted in a while. Lovely helpful and engaging staff.
Chocolate gifts were pricey but that is to be expected in small townships who rely heavily on tourism. Overall a positive experience. Would definitely return.

Hotel is fairly new and rooms were large, good beds, access to outdoors from room with chairs. Some at ground level others had balconies. There were stairs but not sure about lifts as we didn't need them. Great location in Flinders and the Mornington Peninsula.

Such a pretty place and plenty of cafes, restaurants, general store with amazing produce and shops. There’s also Flinders Golf course and plenty of places to walk. Locals are friendly as well. Perfect getaway.
The location is excellent for visiting wineries and close to several restaurants. We stayed in a Flinders room which was well appointed. however the carpet is worn and dirty and needs replacing. The staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel is short staffed and cannot provide daily room servicing which is unacceptable for the price charged. The dining room at the hotel is basic and expensive with much better options within walking distance.

We picked the Flinders Hotel based on its proximity to the Pt.
Leo Estate and Trip Advisor reviews. We were not disappointed! The room was lovely and the staff was accommodating and friendly.
Breakfasts were delicious and well prepared. We even had dinner at the Deck. Nice menu options, lovely staff and a very enjoyable meal!

Flinders Cove motel is very comfortable situated in a ideal peaceful location, close to the beach and small quaint local shops full of goodies, the room was very large, with upstairs section for the teenagers, friendly welcome at reception on arrival, have stayed at this motel a number of times will come back again love Flinders!
Location was convenient for day trips to the wineries. Inexpensive hotel which represents value for money compared to the overpriced Flinders Hotel in the same street. The hotel is tired but has a nice sitting area outside, is clean and the owners friendly.
The cottage was even better than we were hoping. It was exactly what we needed as a respite at a difficult time. Everything was beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean - and close walking distance to beach and shops.
The owner was responsive and extremely helpful. The 1970's retro vibe worked well and the position is exceptional. Great for a family or couples beach holiday. Flinders is a beautiful place with great food and shopping.
This is such a great hotel . Fabulous location, amazing staff and such good facilities in the room which was beautifully appointed . The breakfast choice was so good and really well run by a lovely manager
Perfect location right in the middle
of Flinders - still very quiet overnight. Very tastefully decorated and clearly newly renovated. And a very comfortable bed!
The room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great meal at the hotel and had a lovely breakfast next morning. Will definitely stay again.
