Although the price is quite high, we have received certain services that made it worth. Masum Miah of Food & Beverages and Mintu Miah of House Cleaning were extra-ordinary. I do not recall seeing these type of exceptional services in North America or Europe. They were proactive with providing quality service while dining and cleaning our room accordingly. This is the type of service we would like to expect from an IHG hotel, especially when I am travelling with young child. I wish them very well.
