Offering mountain views, IL BORGO di Iaconti is an accommodation located in Vietri, 2.4 km from Spiaggia dello Scoglione and 2.6 km from Spiaggia della Carrubina.

Absolutely amazing room with a pleasant local design and atmosphere. The host is a wonderful woman who will treat you with home made croissants and you feel as if you came to visit your favorite Italian auntie. Everything is perfectly clean and nice. The house is located in a beautiful peaceful village with not so many tourists a bit higher than Vietri sul mare. We found our stay absolutely amazing from the first minute and loved it till the moment we left.

Vietri is an ideal staging point for a visit to the Amalfi Coast. Small but big enough to have all the amenities. Good choices of restaurants and cafes. Easy access from transport by train from Naples (nearest airport) or further afield. We travelled from Rome by train into next door Salerno. Great ferry services along the coast are great to use for a lunch or even early dinner and visit to any one of several lovely villages along the coast. Remember all these villages are built on the side of a cliff. Hills and steps are going to be a constant experience! If you like the hills and steps there are great walks in the area which will reward with views like nothing seen before.

Great base away from the madness of the rest of the coast.

Great base away from the madness of the rest of the coast. Train, bus, ferry to everywhere and you come home to a place thats more like a village than a tourist nightmare. Elevator to your beach. Staff are great. Room was good. We were in an upper room away from the functions and disco which was good. ( we went to the disco and had fun and fitted in as 60 yr olds). Loved the place and didn't have to contend with the rest of the mad over crowding of the rest of the coast. And tyhe parking guys are really cool.

Fantastic location in the Amalfi coast, I recommend it to all travelers in Italy. Food is amazing, people are welcoming, the city center is very picturesque and we enjoyed the beaches with the family and kids.

Vietri is a very popular seaside town and gets very busy.

Vietri is a very popular seaside town and gets very busy. There are mainly ceramics and some clothing shops. Restaurants are plentiful and very reasonable with the fresh fish dishes excellent. There is also a restaurant which provides Pizza takeaway. Parking is very difficult as is common on the Amalfi coast. If you take a car try and pre-arrange private parking in advance. The beach is ok but quite a long downhill walk so the return journey is tedious. We chose to drive to Maori which is much more accessible and a better beach.

This is a wonderful and amazing little getaway nestled into the cliffs that overlook the Mediterranean and the beach below. HIlaria, the hostess is wonderful and helped us arrange tours, recommended restaurants and provided us with a driver for trips around town. The rooms are large and airy and the bed is SO comfy. There is a full kitchen should you feel the need to cook. The breakfast buffet is huge with many different options and choices, but the breads and local cheeses and meats were exceptional. The stairs are steep but there are not nearly as many of them as at other places and the restaurant, Acqua Marina, right at the bottom of the stairs is one of the best seafood restaurants I've ever eaten in (and I'm a Chef). We've only been home a month and we're already talking about going back next year.

    The hotel stay was mediocre.

The hotel stay was mediocre. I highly recommend renting a car. The hotel does not have a shuttle service. We had to take a bus to the hotel once we figured out the system as well as asking locals. That was the worst part. Once we got to the hotel we realized due to its location and proximity in relation to things to do, we were going to have a hard time getting around. Taxis got to be expensive taking them back and forth. The hotel staff was nice for the most part with the exception of one member. She seemed upset there was a language barrier. Overall, the hotel was ok for the cost. I wouldn't stay again, however.

The Hotel Rosaria is an incredibly charming and immaculate establishment located near Vietri, off the beaten path. The delightful breakfast is served in a picturesque backyard, offering a serene space for relaxation. These aspects combined to create a homely atmosphere, but the true standout was the exceptional hospitality of owner Andrea. His warm welcome, assistance in planning activities, and constant attentiveness truly made our stay memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend it without hesitation.

Francesco & Carmen (B&B hosts) were so accommodating. They made our stay extremely enjoyable with their warm hospitality and knowledge of the amalfi. Always lending a helping hand and providing us with exceptional recommendations. Could not recommend this place anymore! They room was spacious and clean, and breakfast was home made every morning... absolutely DELICIOUS. We wouldn't stay anywhere else if we were to return to the Amalfi Coast. Vietri Sul Mare and B&B Diemme was a true hidden gem!

The apartment is magnificent! A real gem in Vietri. the owner has thought of everything to make your stay absolutely memorable. Sergio, the caretaker, is very kind & informative. He met us at the station, helped with luggage, shared some insider tips and ensured we were comfortable. No questions were left unanswered. Fantastic views & close proximity to everything. Easy instructions via WhatsApp for check out. Wish we could stay longer.

What I liked best was Antonella's customer service. She was very accommodating to make sure we had everything we needed and to facilitate our activities in Vietri sul Mare. We had a wedding nearby, and Antonella even gave us a ride to the venue, so we didn't have to deal with the parking. The rustic house was perfectly adjusted with all the amenities of a modern villa, and the views were breathtaking. We will be back for sure.

The location was superb for us for exploring Amalfi cost, as we wanted to do it mostly by boats. SCALINATELLA studio allows you to reach superb beach of Vietri on foot by taking a 20-30 downhill walk (you can come back with bus later in the evening, as as the bus stop is just beside). From Vietri marina you can take mini cruises to all major nearby towns. Hosts provided lots of information

Nice hotel. Near to walk into Vietri which is lovely for lots of choice of restaurants. There is a shortcut into town if you go out on the top floor of the hotel where the swimming pool is. Just be aware there is a gate which can is locked at times, but was mostly open. Staff helpful, premises clean, nice pool and nice views.

The roof garden and the breakfast facility views were impeccable. Not only the view but the breakfast was very devious with a good variety of items. That you cold walk through the garden up to the city was sooo unique. In fact you could stay in the hotel and indulge the views and you would still have a wonderfull time.

Valentina was very kind and helped us whenever she could. The room was very clean, cosy and comfortable. The B&B is situated at a perfect location as well: close to a bus stop and a train station. Breakfast was fine (at a café very close by). The view from the room is great: you look down on Vietri Sul Mare and the sea.

The Sud Est House was in a perfect location for exploring Salerno and the Amalfi Coast. The village of Molina is lovely, as is Vietri sul Mare. The beds were so comfortable, the shower was hot and water was plentiful and the accommodation more than met our needs.
