The manager Angelique on multiple days charged me twice a day for my stay, and when I confronted her about it she said if I kept having issues with what I was being charged then I would have to leave

The road to the hotel is on the exit to the freeway. It can be tricky (and dangerous) to pull out of the street.

Breakfast was passible. Everything was out of a box or bag. Premixed. Had things I could be sure of what I was eating. Yoghurt, toast. Not sure about eggs. Never seen them cooked like that. There was some creamy thing with I think was ham in it (Grits maybe?). Not sure. Coffee was not good. Threw it out and had OJ. To be fair, couldn’t get a decent cup of coffee anywhere in SC. Charged $4.91 for a brutal cup of coffee in MB and HH!!! Really!! Everything was too salty. Receptionist was quite aloof and not very friendly

Not much. Place was really run down. Carpets in main areas were really dirty. Rooms were very clean though. Very good housekeeping

I checked in at 5 pm and the line was out the door with one person behind the desk. My room was dirty, tv didn’t work all the time and the ac wasn’t working properly.

The sleeper sofa was disgusting. The bed pillows were flat. The carpet in the halls and bedroom was filthy. The elevator was not clean.

When we arrived the door to our room was open. The pillows had hair on them. The floor was dirty. The door would not shut. Got moved to different room. The second room had covers missing off of the outlets. The shower had cracks in the caulking in the shower. The hallways and elevators were dirty and the panels in the elevators needed repair

I reserved a King bed, but was downgraded as the property were sold out upon arrival.

The floors were very dirty - strewn with litter, the carpetting was ripped in the halls and the elevator had worn floors. The room was ok but the common areas needs a makeover desperatley.

The hotel was not very clean. A lot needs updating, considering the price per night. If the bathtub was clean it didn’t look it because it had dark stains all over, and the lighting was not good at all. Also, pool was out of service, Thankfully, we were only there for one night. Otherwise, we would have looked for a different hotel.

First, when I arrived, the floors and greeting rug were dirty. Afterward, someone made an attempt to clean ,but he did a poor attempt. Also , when I came to the front desk of a hotel later after check-in, I expected WHOEVER is their to be knowledgeable. You represent the face of the hotel , it is important. The young gentleman, he was unconcerned,not interested in helping with information of cultural events or finding out. Instead of directing me to the information brochures, he didn't care ,it made a bad impression . The room was somewhat clean, but the fridge had deli meat inside.🤢I was torn because it wasn't a terrible stay , but improvements and upgrades are needed.One more thing, housekeepers should spray rooms that have smoke smell with fresheners ,so when guests arrive they are not hit upon opening their door with that particular odor.

BREAKFAST was the best, tasted homemade fries,sausage,eggs and bagels, etc. OMG, it was more than a Continental breakfast,it was mom's kitchen, mmmm! THANK YOU. Also, I must say the front desk receptionist, when I first arrived she was AWESOME, she greeted everyone, that was a good look. Clifford (Building Engerineer)was very helpful with cultural events info and room care

I felt like my bed sheets were not clean like they used the ones from previous person. They were wrinkled like someone laid in them and one pillow looked the same
