Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesThis is the second time I have stayed at this location. The first experience was amazing. Clean, everything worked well, etc. However this second time, I had to wake up several times throughout the night to adjust the a/c. It was too cold, then felt too warm. It never got to the temp we would have wanted, but it was still ok. Also the hall on the 3rd floor, where we stayed, was really warm. Not sure what was happening there. Also, be sure the pull out bed/couch has the sheets. It wasn't a big deal, but thought that would have been included.
The receptionist from when we check in to the receptionist check out were so polite and very attentive. I applaud both for their professionalism. The evening receptionist provided extra sheets for the pullout couch and was generous. She wanted to be sure my family and I had all we needed. The morning receptionist attended everyone during breakfast, she did very well! She never complained and was so sweet. She kept a smile when we let her know that egg,sausage, etc needed to be refilled.I know someone else is supposed to do it, but that person was not there. Please Know that you both are appreciated.

United StatesI didn’t like that when I requested for someone to pick up the trash from our room, no worker was available to pick up. Also, the phone was disconnected from our room and when I connected it, it still did not work so there was no way to contact the front desk. It was hard to go all the way to the front desk with two toddlers hence why I needed the trash to picked up because of used diapers.
I liked that it matched the description.

United StatesWe saw pieces of broken window glass in 2 different spots in parking lot.That made me feel a little worried. I must say that our vehicle didn’t have any damage.
The perfect location, a very friendly welcome, room with enough space for 5 people, comfortable beds and clean sheets and pillows, the bathroom too clean. Very good breakfast. Reasonable price.

United StatesThe rooms needs to be updated more especially the restrooms. For one day lost water pressure while taking a shower. The water keep turning off and on and at times too hot had trouble getting it normal. Needs to be more movie cable channels on TV like hbo, showtime etc. There was limited selection of channels.
I love how the pool was heated. I love the price of the stay and the breakfast in the morning and how each day the cleaning staff clean the room.
