The facilities are beautiful. Very nice to have. I wish there was a microwave in the room. But I do understand now that you have a restaurant so it was good overall. great location.

Property is a little tired in places, bathrooms, hallways, stairwells etc. I strongly disagree with having to pay a $150 deposit on arrival, which, for UK travellers takes at least a month to get back...beware of any properties operating this practice!

Very pleasant, friendly young guy checked us in, gave us an upgraded room too. Nice pool area, clean & well cared for.

They had not put coffee in the room, and the restaurant staff were completely inattentive. We ended up leaving.

Not especially ADA friendly. One of us is an amputee and we had an ADA room, but it was on the 2nd floor and doors from elevator to hallway are not automatic, so very tough to maneuver through. Missing bars in shower. Shower chair was in poor shape, with one leg bent. Okay for our needs, but a larger person would be at risk. Table on balcony patio was off kilter, and not because of the footing; just seemed damaged and tilted. Desk staff uninterested. Restaurant doesn't open until 8 a.m. on weekdays so had to use a delivery service for very expensive breakfast from another location. No refrigerator/microwave in room.

Good location. Nice outdoor acess via a little balcony. Comfortable bedding and good towels. Restaurant staff were great.

The room could have been cleaner...especially the floors. The bedspread also had a strong musty funk smell. The one thing that I really did not like was the new streaming tv system. It was hard to find regular tv programs plus there was no local news programs which I like to watch when I am in Santa Barbara. When I asked the young man at the front desk about finding regular programming on the tv he told me just to hunt for it. Not much help.

The room had a coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave oven, and the view was nice...I was on the second floor. The pool and patio area with the trees & plants are very nice. I did have a very nice breakfast in the restaurant.

The pool wasn't heated and the wifi was terrible. Asked front staff if the offered breakfast and we were told no and wasnt until we spoke to the restaurant they mentioned yes. Also, deposit IS required so be advised.

The bed was so comfortable and I liked how clean everything was. The pool was a short distance and although we didn't go to the outside bar. The fact that the option was there was amazing. The area is a tiny bit rough but the view of the mountains was breath-taking. Was a short drive to state street but far enough to not be in the crowd.

The TV system didn’t have cable/local TV. It had Netflix and other streaming services, but if you wanted to watch a game on ESPN or catch the local news you are out of luck.

I only stayed one night, but found the hotel to be easy, clean, and nicely decorated. There is a nice restaurant and bar which extends out to the pool. I walked from there straight down State street (about a mile) to the fun, nightlife area of Santa Barbara for the evening then took an Uber home. In the morning I was able to run down to the beach from the hotel and take a dip in the pool when I returned.

I like crisp sheets, these were not but the bed was clean and comfortable.

The outdoors eating space was lovely with mature plantings. The food we had for dinner was very tasty

The rooms are a little dated and slightly run down.

Location was definitely a plus. Free parking and just a couple of minutes to the beach by car. Good price in comparison to hotels and motels further down on State Street.
