Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesBathroom needed a little fixing up. Wall was crumbling at the corner. Leaky shower. (No tub just a shower) There was a light at the sink that was out. Made it hard to see to put make up on. Not a huge ordeal. No hot water to take a shower in the morning because a pipe busted. Not their fault, but probably could have offered a discount. These were a little bit of an inconvenience.
We've stayed here twice now because i liked it so much the first time. There are a lot of options for breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Right off 65. The staff was very friendly. Clean room. Quiet at night and in mornings. Felt safe there.

My last stay the plumbing was messy up in room 103 I reported it that morning at 4:30ishh on my way out to work and when I returned it still hadn’t been taken care.. United StatesWe booked a King room with a sleeper sofa indicating 2 adults and 1 child (5 yrs old) on the reservation. We arrived late that evening ~10:30pm. Finally getting to the room all we wanted to do was go to sleep as we had been driving nine hours that day. We pulled out the sleeper sofa, and there was no mattress whatsoever. Nor were there any extra pillows included in the bedding in the closet. I went back to the front desk and told the employee (who was VERY responsive to bringing an ACTUAL 6"+ spring mattress which I was surprised about) to the room to put on the sleeper sofa, which ended up being exceptionally comfortable. However, I received another bag of bedding just in case which was a nice touch but it still did not include any pillows. Luckily, we had brought one for my daughter. 
Close proximity to the Alabama Safari Park (HIGHLY RECOMMEND by the way - Look it up!) which is the primary reason we stayed here.
