The only thing we all found irritating, and this is so petty - was the inability to find a TV guide to see what was on, instead of channel surfing. Could have been operator error as we are all over 60!!

Breakfast was buffet style and there was a little of something for everyone (meat eaters, vegetarians, pescatarians). Extremely decent and very fresh. Equally good happy hour with wine and hors d'oeuvres. For us, there was enough that we didn't actually need dinner out as we snacked on salami, olives, cheeses and bread. EXCELLENT staff. Supremely friendly, engaged, charming and all very helpful. Location was perfect for us - as it was close to the market area and therefore in walking distance to many restaurants. We did not need our car during our stay at all but we were not overly adventurous - opting for an A/C bus tour to see the main points of interest.

I really have nothing to complain about as the service was top-notch, but if I was looking to make improvements, I would leave behind a little more soap and shampoo. And the bed was not as firm as I would like.

Amazing staff. Amazing attention to detail. Perfect location. Lots of perks like a nice free breakfast, and coffee and cookies during the day was excellent.

Nothing! It was great!

Champagne on arrival! The breakfast was delicious! Candy bar! Water and sparkling water in the in room fridge! Wine and cheese in the afternoon! Friendly staff! Beautiful patio to sit! What more can I say! A total home run!

Wish there was a microwave in the room or in the lobby. Some of the plates in the dinning area were dirty.

Everything was first class!

Beautiful hotel with many amenities. Breakfast, happy hour with wine and nighttime cookies had amazing varieties to choose from. The room was huge with a fireplace and full balcony. The staff were exceptional as they made all of our food and tour reservations. Location was within walking distance to the attractions we wanted to see.

The hotel is beautiful and well staffed. Many hotels have gotten away from extra services since the pandemic. I am glad to see the French Quarter Inn has not. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We really loved the hotel. The complimentary wine&cheese and milk & cookies tastings were really nice along with icecubes and chocolate to the room in the evening. It had a nice backyard with lovely flowers were you could enjoy a glass of wine. The hotel is located in the old part of Charleston and right next to the market.

The old world charm was delightful and the decor was outstanding. We loved the location - central to everything and easy to walk the city. The extras such as wine and cheese, breakfast, milk and cookies at night were a real bonus!

The hotel was lovely and super convenient to the amazing markets and a great selection of restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms are spacious and have an old world elegance. I really appreciated the extras like the champagne on arrival - what a great idea - and the wine and cheese hour and the milk (or port) and cookies. Staff could not have been more helpful. I've never experienced such hospitality and I've stayed at a lot of good places over the years. What a treat to end the holiday
