We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe exterior is very poorly maintained. The rooms need new linen and curtains. When a person walks into their room and has to see blood stains and cigarette burns on the linen, plus rips and tears in the curtains it makes for a very unpleasant stay. I would have paid a little more just to have new linen.

United StatesThe shower didn't drain and was clogged with previous guests hair. Also the sheets and night stand had cigarette burns and it was a non smoking room.
There was no breakfast provided. The guest next door had a bull dog that was very aggressive and so was the guest. She was yelling and cussing my son as we were unloading our car. Her bull dog was trying to tare through the window to get to us. It's a shame that people don't know how to train and control their animals. I have been training dogs for over 45 + years and people like that doesn't need a dog. Just saying!
