A very nice location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is gorgeous with marble stairs, pictures on the wall, and a nice smell of cherry. The room had all you need, including the slippers and the bath robe, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was just right and tasty. Highly recommended!

We love our stays at Ayvazovsky. It feels almost like home. Staff is friendly and accommodating, rooms are clean and comfortable. And now with delicious breakfast at a beautiful terrace it is hard to wish for more. We had a special case this time. We stayed over New Year. When going to our friends for celebration we forgot one of the gifts in the room. Svetlana, who was that day working at the reception, was so helpful. She found the gift and send it with the taxi driver to the place where we were. That is an exception service!

Nice place to stay in the center of Odessa. Usually coming here once a year and it is always close to work. No need to take taxi, since all entertainment could be found in 5-10 minute walk.

9/10 (1 point I remove because of smell). Just one thing was not comfort - smell from bathroom, but for old historical buildings it's very common thing. We spent almost all day outside of the hotel, it was not a big deal for us.

Super great location in the historical centre, not loud street, to all location you can get by your feet. Personnel of the hotel will help you in every situation, really professionals. Hotel consist of 2 buildings, in the first are lobby and rooms, second building has a restaurant with a perfect terrace on the 4 floor and rooms (now is going a reconstruction of rooms). Breakfast has a good choice of different meals (take into account - if you want coffee from coffee machine, you should pay). I will recommend this hotel.

There was no regular window, just a ceiling window, which I couldn't open. That would be fine, if the air conditioning was working well, however it was quite weak. It felt more like it was just blowing the room temperature air, rather than cold air.

- The room was nicely decorated, the bathroom was beautiful and very well-lit. - Breakfast was really delicious, there was a wide selection and it was possible to eat out on a terrace with an amazing view! - The location is perfect, everything is in walkable distance - the landmarks, the seafront, as well as the train and bus stations.

If you order standard twin with one queen size bed, you have a combination of two separate beds with foam rubber between them. This construction is covered with bed linen, so you will notice an uncomfortable edges only when starting using it. Nevertheless, the reception lady proposed to change the room to more comfortable for free. In the new room I found one corner with a spider and another spider on the shower. I am not afraid of it, but it can be a concern to someone else. Please consider you should ask reception to give you an iron, if you plan to iron your clothes, and you should left it by the doors after using. The breakfast was good, but you have to pay an extra money for a better coffee - it is strange because it tastes the same as free one.

The reception service was awesome. The hotel has a very comfort location, it is not loud despite it is a city center. Near this place you have a nice restaurant Schastie, which I strongly recommend to visit for a romantic dinner. To sum up, for 3 nights I have paid EUR 300. Maybe it's a good value to stay in the city center, I don't know, because it's my first visit to Odessa.

Perfect place. If you have a car, it's ideal as you can park (you cannot in the nearby old town) and reach everywhere easily. Could not fault the hotel even 1%>
