hotel is not providing an accurate information about spa. we stayed for three nights and had an intention of using spa every day. On the first day that day that it is fully booked; on the second day they let us in after the fight and long conversation with the manager; on the third day they said that we have to pay $30 per person to get there.

Worst experience ever! Internet extremely weak and high in humidity inside the room and very noise

Regrettably, my recent 3-night stay at this hotel was far from the comfortable and pleasant experience one would expect given its pricing. Despite its commendable location, the overall experience was marred by a series of unfavorable events. First and foremost, the quality of the breakfast served was appalling. To our dismay, we experienced food poisoning symptoms shortly after consuming the morning meal provided. What further exacerbated the situation was the staff’s blatant disregard for our wellbeing, as our complaint went unaddressed, thereby showcasing a significant lapse in basic customer service. In this digital age, it is almost unheard of for a hotel room to lack internet connectivity; yet that was precisely the case here. The absence of internet in the room not only isolated us from essential online resources but greatly hampered our ability to work and stay connected with our loved ones. Adding to the discomfort was the inhospitable environment within the room itself. The extreme humidity levels made it extraordinarily hard to breathe, turning what was supposed to be a haven of rest into a suffocating space. This crucial detail, seemingly overlooked by the management, severely compromised the quality of our stay. Moreover, the value proposition of this establishment is significantly flawed. The room’s exorbitant price tag was not reflective of the amenities and service provided, leaving us feeling cheated out of our hard-earned money. Lastly, the hotel’s overcrowded nature did little to help its case. The ceaseless activity and the constant throng of people made it nearly impossible to find a quiet corner to oneself, thus negating any prospects of a tranquil retreat. In conclusion, this hotel failed profoundly to provide a stay that justifies its price point. The underwhelming service, coupled with severe discomfort and health concerns, have left us more than disappointed. We were hopeful for a haven of relaxation, yet we were met with a distressing

    Worst rude behavior

Nothing. In my 43 years of life and travelling across 20 countries, none of the reception staff was as rude rather abusive than this hotel. There were quite appreciable things but the way their so called parking incharge behaved was the worst experience of life. Booking.com should take action on such hotels where the staff have no sense to behave. When we reached there, I was checking in with my family. My kids got missing, it was raining heavily and I became too tense. Instead of just helping me out to find the kids, their staff was so rude that he said, WE ARE NOT THERE TO KEEP YOUR KIDS. . Plus they had no sense that they started saying that show your passports. I was tense about where my kids were and they were in their own world without any sense whatsoever. When I just said that let me find my kids first. They threatened me that you are shouting, we will call the police. Anyways, I tolerated because I found my kids and I tried to calm things down but the way this so called hotel staff behaved, it was SHOCKING, and I strongly recommend booking com to pull out such hotels from their list so that people don't face such disasters.

We went in August and was extremely hot. Our room was very very hot and did not have wifi. We have to ask for another room. Also don't expect english speaker staff. They have very basic knowledge.

They were able to organize a shuttle transfer, the balloon ride and other tours. There is a manager who speaks good english and can give you tips Breakfast was ok, nothing special. If you go early you find better selection of fruits otherwise apples and pears. You can order scramble eggs or omelets but you pay extra for expresso.

The staff were super rude not only to my family and I, but to other guests that didn’t speak Turkish. I had to help three different families to understand their wierd system of serving food. They would even laugh and whisper looking over the guests. The hotel has three levels with terraces for you to eat. You can eat in only two of them, but if you are having breakfast you can’t order it from the first terrace you must go up with your plate to order coffee. In the afternoon, we wanted to sip a cappuccino on the third terrace, and even though the cappuccino/espresso machine was there, all you could do is order it because that the terrace for the cold drinks. Then a huge group checked in and that morning they gave us limited options for breakfast in another area while the group had the variety of dishes we were getting before. The only waiter that was kind to every guest there was Ömar.

It is absolutely gorgeous! A true Fairy tale with an interesting history behind it.

Horrible muzac (cheap music) playing all day and most part of the night ruining the experience. Rooms have little privacy from the neighbors: they can see in, you can hear them as they sit in shared balconies right in front of your door. WiFi (as advertised) is mot good in the rooms which is fine BUT the people use the common room areas to talk on their phones. This makes it another source of noise and lack of privacy

The view. Breakfast spread. Attentive personnel. Trustworthy when making our arrangements (taxi, information). The size of the room. The firmness of the bed. The bathroom.

The front Reception seemed Rude when we checked in as they had sent a Mandatory attendance email for the New Years party and did not receive my confirmation email saying we would attend and did not have room at the event. Reception tried phoning 3 restaurants with no success for bookings and then told us to just go walk around and find a restaurant to eat at. When we checked out there was absolutely no conversation, keys were taken as I said we were checking out and were put away with no question of how was our stay or any recognition of me or our stay at all. Another big issue we had as a family with 2 young children and non smokers in the breakfast area they allow smoking in the "lounge" that you have to walk through to get your food and return through to sit in another area to eat in. We were highly disappointed and disgusted that the hotel allows smoking in a building that serves food and has children. Wifi was also terrible.

Really thought this hotel was a beautiful place and enjoyed it highly as far as setting and beauty.

We stayed over New Years for 4 days.. we were told their NYE gala was mandatory for guests so we communicated over email about the evening prior to our arrival. When we arrived (on NYE) we learned we didn't have a reservation and they didn't have room. The gentleman was pretty unapologetic about the whole thing. He didn't even offer up help to locate us a new restaurant until we asked for recommendations. It was disappointing. The breakfast restaurant was split into 3 areas, separated by the lounge/bar. One morning there was someone smoking in the bar and we inquired about it the manager (seemed like one) said it was permitted to smoke in the lounge but not in the restaurant. We were disappointed with that as we have small children and you need to walk by the smoking to get the food. The hotel was good but there are many others in the area that I would be tempted to try next time.

The location of the hotel is great, a close walk to everything- even the city centre. The rooms are charming and decorated nicely.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at 8pm. We had a reservation for dinner. It took 2 hours for them to sit us and bring some of the main courses. Other main courses arrived much later after those who received their main courses finished their meals. We were told the reason was only 4 waiters were working to serve 300+ people in the restaurant. It was Saturday night and there was a concert in town and the staff were at the concert. The food served did not match the descriptions in the menu, they were cold and lacking. What they called cheese plates were really lettuce plates containing 2 ounces of cheese at most. The meze plate was ridiculous — tomatoes and cucumber as meze items, eggplants and fava beans served directly from can. It was a terrible dinner. Breakfast selection was ok but lacks items expected in even lower prices hotels in Turkey. No freshly squeezed orange juice, no omelette station, and most importantly no coffee or tea service to the tables. No pot to fill the coffee/tea to serve at the table, the guests need to walk at least to refill their drinks on their own unless they are sitting right next to kitchen area with a few tables. The waiters stand on the side to just to clean the tables. We saw two of them staring at the decollate of a foreign customer and gossiping about it.

    Nice location. Nice rooms.

Parking was a real problem. Was given another room on second night when I realised they had not honoured what I booked. This was done grudgingly and immediately soured the experience. Rooms are nice, but little things like quality of bedding and pillows as well as comfort of beds takes away from what could have been a great experience. This hotel is not cheap and I expected a little more.

This is a property with amazing architecture and design that fails short of many important things for guests such as: - customer service ( a lot of employees with attitude in the restaurant and front desk). - Food ( a place like this should have a good chef. The food was terrible!) -Ambiance Music loud and unfit for a place like this. The loud music sounded as if it was played from the radio, they kept changing it in the middle of songs and it went from terrible techno music to Latin music… very annoying if you ask me! - Most people don’t speak any English or barely try. - The blanket was exactly as wide as the bed ( nothing hanging on the sides) so we froze. These are all things that could be fixed if they tried. We went to another hotel in Cappadocia after our stay here and all the things mentioned above were done correctly. I hope I can help the hotel and future guests with my comments because such a beautiful place deserves better care of important details!

Amazing design, the place is stunning. The manager who received us was very professional and helpful.
