We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

ItalyI think they need improve air conditioning and internet on the place. The Wi-Fi barely work near reception and on the room don’t work at all. But still reccomend the place.
I think Yunak is a really good option for who is looking for a very cave traditional mood of Capadoccia. Also if you by car is a very good option to run away from the over busy touristic Goreme. The hotel has a very nice view over the city with nice breakfast and restaurant. I totally reccomend it!!
