Communication with the staff, (mainly by whatsapp was excellent at all times) the, transfers to & from airport and trips were well organised and always on time. Breakfast was fab, with a wide range of choices and a lovely accessible rooftop view. Brilliant location for walking into town & seeing the sights and plenty of restaurants. A special mention to Aziz who was very attentive and kind & Akif for his organisational support, we enjoyed our stay very much

The shower mixer must have been broken in the room we have stayed. It was impossible to adjust the water to the desired temperature. It was continuously fluctuating between hot and cold. That has spoiled our experience a bit. The main door of the room needs some love as it is not hanged perfectly and cannot be opened and closed nicely.

Nicely decorated hotel with an authentic touch. A really enjoyable environment to spend your time off. Relaxing and elegant, especially the Turkish Bath setup in the bathroom.

Extremely elegant property with great breakfast. This place is conveniently located in Uchisar, making it close to good food joints, hot air balloon take-off/landing areas and several valleys in Cappadocia. The terrace has a beautiful view of the Uchisar castle and a swing chair to enjoy it from. The staff is very hospitable and always available to make your stay comfortable and memorable. If I ever return to Cappadocia, this place would be my goto.

It was probably a one time issue, but the shower didn’t have hot water for one afternoon, but the day after it was hot again. I really think it wasn’t the hotel fault. The service also forgot to make us the room, but when we raised the issue they promptly bring us the new stuff that we requested! So all good :)

The property was recently built and everything is brand new. The room is a good size and the bed/pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was also good, maybe I would just add some fresh fruits. You need to rent a car to drive around because the hotel is not situated in Goreme where all the restaurants/shops and attractions are.

Woox is one of the best accommodations we've ever stayed in. The staff are absolutely brilliant, location is central and the whole hotel well kept to a very high standard. We'd recommend Woox to everybody!

There is no lift.

This property is less than 1yr old, they have heated marble flooring which really keeps you warm when you wake up in the middle of the night. They were really kind to help up bring our luggage to the 2nd floor

Location is in uchisar not Goreme. Limited restaurants to eat however a few can be found 2 mins walk from the hotel. Mattress is not very comfortable.

Comfortable room, extra large shower and good breakfast. All activiity companies come to pick you up from the hotel.
