There were a couple of maintenance defects in the room, not sure I could have made myself understood to report them and I doubt they'd have been fixed. The bedside light switch was breaking. The shower diverter knob had been removed and not replaced. I couldn't shift it.

The hotel is excellent. Excellent location, very close to the center, a few minutes' walk. The room is spacious and clean, even the large baby bed also fit without any problems and there was plenty of room left.

Location is walking distance to Eskisehir bar and reataurants, shopping center etc. Hotel staff are very helpful. My little daughter was treated so well as she was put on a jacket by the waiter. Thank you Tymbris.

The smell of cigarettes in the bathroom. Relatively small room but comfortable for a solo traveler. No bottled water but water in a jug was provided

The Location. The friendless of the one of their staff (he sits in a small room next to the reception) who sympathized with me when I had a tooth issue and assisted me finding a dentist nearby the hotel. That was so sweet. God bliss him🙏🌺

WiFi had problems connecting. Your passport number is your password. But UK passports have only nine numbers, and the login demands eleven. At reception, they kindly logged my phone in, but to a network not available to us on the third floor. It was 10.30 at night, so I gave up. Only Turkish TV channels, though one was a news channel in English :) Breakfast not very exciting.

Lovely big room - enormous bed! A good location for the town centre and not too far to walk from the railway station. Everything nice and clean. Would probably stay here again :)

Music sound at night, you can be seen from the bathroom window when having a shower.

Location was perfect for young people, at the heart of bars street. Breakfast is nice.

The fridge didn’t work and when we mentioned it we were told that none of the fridges in the rooms do and they were waiting to get it repaired.

The hotel is right in the centre close to the river and close to a shopping area, bars, restaurants etc. The rooms are small but comfortable and it’s pretty quiet. Breakfast is served buffet style and there were plenty of options to choose from. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Exceptional buffet breakfast (not like Turkish breakfast provided everywhere). Centrally located. Food street and malls nearby. Transport facilities nearby eg. tram. River nearby walking distance. Neat and clean. Cooperative and lively staff.

Very good location, 5mn walking from tramway and river Porsuk, 15mn from train station and near Vural street with many bars. Room clean and convenient. Buffet breakfast very varied and excellent. Thanks to the helpful and kind staff, especially Myriam(the hamam was great😉) and her husband, the owners from Belgium so they speak French. I will come back i hope.

Room 604 has a bad shower. There was absolutely no water pressure, taking a shower was a problem. Otherwise, everything is OK. Daily cleaning, change of towels, fresh water in a carafe. The room was very warm, despite the cold weather.

Excellent location of the hotel, in the city center. Near the train station, shopping centers, many shops, taxi rank. Also nearby is the Porsuk River embankment, a wonderful place for walking. Many thanks to the hotel staff!! 🙏🙏💞Wonderful, friendly and very responsive people!! I will always remember the wonderful days spent in Eskisehir!😍😘

Rooms stink of cigarettes. We are both smokers and it was hard, I have no idea how non-smoking people manage there. The room we booked was just impossible to stay in, I was worried we'll have to wash all our clothes and bags afterwards. The stuff very nicely changed our room to the one which at first seemed better and we appreciated them trying to help, but in the morning this smell was coming somewhere from the bathroom and/or ventilation, also towels were soaked in this smell and to use them felt pretty disgusting.

Location is great. Breakfast, stuff, rooms - all is good for the price level, but the smell ruins everything.
