GermanyAs this is a cave hotel, the room was quite dark (completely understandable and we knew this beforehand also), so it would have been helpful if there were more lights inside the room.
The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with tips. The hotel has a very nice view of the valley and the restaurant has a great patio for outdoor eating. The hotel's restaurant was good also. The hotel has many common rooms and made the cave vibe very cool. Our room was spacious and comfortable, everything was also very clean.

Hotel staffs speak perfect English. Service was tip top. Breakfast was awesome accompanied by amazing scenic view. Hotel location is superb, hot air balloons came so closed and sometimes fly over our balcony and we could say hi to the people in the hot air balloons. We are glad that we chose this hotel and that specific room. it was an unforgettable experience.

Amazing hotel...view from restaurant is especially great in the morning with hot air balloons in the air. Breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. Staff (Ruslan and Nurlan) was very polite. Room was big enough and bathroom was the best part. My bathroom had Turkish bath. You can book all tours from reception of the hotel and they even arranged taxis for us when we could not find any in Gorme. Their bed is soft but since I had back issues I asked for extra blanket to put on bed and they arranged for that too. Will definitely come back here again.

BahrainSome points should be mentioned: 1. The Jacuzzi is not working and is constantly leaking water, and it emits a foul smell when you try to operate it!! A repair attempt was made by those concerned with the hotel, but to no avail. We suggest removing the Jacuzzi and replacing it with a regular shower. 2. The internet is very weak and cuts off every now and then and needs to be reconnected 3. Room service and cleaning need to be upgraded, as some places are not cleaned, such as the balcony.
The room has a beautiful location and has a view of the balloons flying, so we suggest calling it "deluxe cave room with balloons view”

Amazing view from the hotel. Great view of the hot air balloons in the morning from the jacuzzi in the room. We also managed to get a woodfire in the room which was just great. Staffs are very nice and welcoming. Nurlan from the reception was very helpful in the planning on getting around Cappadocia. Special thanks to Mehmut from the restaurant - he was very nice and helpful and provided exceptional service.
