As with all hotels, there were a few minor issues. A kettle and power lead for charging would be good. Aircon worked well. Good service.

Nice place, outside the centre b great for an interrailer like me. The street outside is busy with everything you need and if you arrive on the sleeper train, it's a shortish ride to Bakirkoy. From there, you can reach all the big sites quickly, if the Istanbul system goes there. The street outside is great for good value shopping with cheap but good fashion all around.

Everything is good and wonderful

It is good to find a wonderful place, a privileged location, and quietness. My experience was excellent with this hotel, as the comfort and the room are large, unlike other hotels. The reception staff were Mr. Adam and Mrs. KUDRET is a summit in the wonderful dealings, the constant smile and the provision of assistance. The hotel is close to transportation, and it was also close to restaurants. There are two commercial centers behind the hotel. I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to rest and relax. The area is good for shopping and close to the Istanbul Airport bus And also a train station The wifi was super fast I thank both Mr. Adam and Mrs. Kudret And Mr. Omar Ali, the distinguished management of this place, and I will be a permanent customer of this hotel

The mattress is tilted down so that you cannot sleep without falling to the ground There is always water from under the refrigerator There are cockroaches in the bathroom There is a very annoying smell from the bathroom, especially at night There is no window overlooking the street or the neighborhood The emergency exit for the building is closed The location of the emergency outlet has become a room and without air conditioning There is no phone number to contact the staff The rooms are provided with linens and sheets only upon request the Covers and sheets, each one is a different type and brand the handle of the bathroom door is broken

dirty, lights are broken, broken fridge, AC broken, entrance to the hotel is not easy, need to take stairs before you get to the elevator. no proper lobby. better take your money somewhere else.

not much to like when the staff doesn’t speak english, the basic amenities are not provided, hotel is not clean and most frustrating is the hotel wanted to charge more than the value that we are getting.

Considering I only paid £210 for 6 nights stay, my expectations were not high at all. But this establishment hasn’t even met my lowest expectation. Dated rooms with minimum facilities ( no soap ,no tea or coffee considering there was an old kettle ) mouldy bathroom tiles and stinks of tobacco all across the building including the rooms. I had to leave on they 3 as I found a 4 star hotel nearby for the next 3 nights with same money and breakfast included . You cannot fault the staff members but this place isn’t what it says on the pictures and description . Booking.com should really inspect this property before it advertises.

After I had made the booking for 1 night and after I had paid for the booking the guy at the reception asked me how long we were going to stay and if we will pay now, I said yes we will stay a couple of days and pay in advance, I thought that I am paying from the next evening then he tried to make me pay again for the same night for which I had already paid,he said that’s I should pay more money for the same night on top of what I have paid trough Booking.com, I explained to him that I had paid already the price that was shown on Booking.com for a room for 2 people and I don’t understand why I needed to pay more,he said that he didn’t see that I had made the payment trough Booking.com (despite of the fact that I gave them my name and passport and told them that I made the booking trough Booking.com)and that’s why he has given us another room for which we have to pay more. I said to him that it’s not myself fault and if he wants we can move to another room,after long argument he said that we should then move to another room,that we should get what we have paid for,I said there is no problem and he moved us to another room which was even a little bigger than the one we had,it didn’t make any sense, I think he just tried to justify the fact that he tried to get more money for no reason.We left the next day,it was very unpleasant experience to argue with him.
