If you don't arrive by taxi it is difficult to get your suitcases to the hotel it is rather steep and the roads are not paved so it has been raining it's just mush all the way up.

The staff were just amazing so helpful and accommodating. The terrace has a lovely view and if the balloons fly you will have great pictures.

The room was too hot. We tried to turn down the heating, but it didn’t help much.

Staff was very friendly and informative. They arranged transfers by shuttle from the airport, our hot-air balloon flight and made it very easy for us. the breakfast was spectacular! great view too. Loved the layout.

The receptionist took the passports for the check-in procedures and did not return them, which led to us forgetting the passports after we left the area. The good thing is that the employee took responsibility for delivering the passports to Ankara while bearing the transportation costs.

This is not the hotel's fault. But just to keep in mind - the cave rooms, while incredibly cool, do have dirt everywhere falling off the ceiling/walls and it's a little hard to breathe. Just keep this in mind if you want to book a cave room. Breakfast could be better. The machine that's supposed to heat the hot food (ex. scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, etc.) wasn't really working and I heard many customers complain about it. The staff don't remind us but I saw that we can also order omelets / fried eggs.

The staff was very helpful and responsive to help us book hot air balloon and airport transfers. We arrived late at night and there were staff to help us take our bags to our room.

One of the receptionst was not helpful at all as i asked him to fix the jacuzzi he told me i will find it fixed once i came back from my trip .. and after tiredful day when i came back i found he did no thing at all .. that was very frustrated

The staff are super friendly. Even when I had to check out a day earlier and travel to the airport early in the morning for my flight, the staff took the initiative to ask the kitchen to prepare breakfast on the go for me (although I was prepared to forgo the paid breakfast on that day but I was appreciative with their initiative).

I didn't like that our bedroom upstairs did not have a door. It did have this very cool way of closing the opening of the stairs, but a door would have been better for us. Also, the kids had to come through our bedroom to use the one bathroom. These things were minor and would not keep us from returning.

Mithra was a great hotel. The reception workers and all of the staff were always quick to lend a hand or to answer any questions. They went out of their way to make sure that we had a good stay. The hotel breakfast was very good and the views through the glass walls were spectacular. The room itself was ample for my two children and me and my wife. The kids slept in twin beds downstairs (in the main area) and my wife and I slept upstairs. I would stay there again!

Breakfast food is not well heated and could be improved.

The quality and service is just 5 star hotel level. The staffs are nice and could solve your problem as soon as possible with good attitude. The hygiene and the design of room is great. The staff can also help you plan your trip in Cappadocia. The public terrace is great, with some props for you to take nice photos. The breakfast is nice in general. They also have a bar for alcohol. Parking is available.

The description said we could request room with fireplace. So we did. But the fireplace was only decorative and not functional.

We booked cave suite. Great location. Good view of Goreme town. Awesome breakfast spread. Bathroom had jacuzzi (though we didn't have time to use it). Friendly staff.

Lovely hotel. Great location and really tasteful rooms. We stayed in the Fairy Chimney room and it was definitely worth the cost. Staff were helpful too. Only disappointment was the breakfast - felt poor quality and contrasted with the rest of the hotel. I would recomend having breakfast elsewhere if you stay.

The location was superb. We requested for a room with a view of the hot air balloons and the hotel graciously accommodated. The photos of the view is exactly what you will get. The staff were very friendly and helpful, giving good suggestions on activities and tours.

I have zero complaints. There are stairs to get to the rooms and it is uphill, but the staff carried our luggage to the room and we found it to be good to burn off a few calories after each delicious meal!

We loved the bathroom! All stone with a lovely large shower and tub. The view from our room was nice. The room is spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

There is a bit of city construction going on at the front of the hotel during our stay. So the street is a bit dusty (the hotel itself is quite clean though). Good thing is that the noise level was low even with the construction.

This hotel definitely exceeds our expectation. The location is unbeatable for hot air balloon watch in the morning. They are situated pretty high up on the hill, so the view was fantastic. The have a few patios set up for taking photos and I did not feel it was overly crowded. Kids loved the caves and loved this hotel. We got some very nice photos taken. The hotel is also only a few minutes walk to the town center with lots of shops and restaurants. It was set up very clean and very cute. Our room is big and an infant crib was thoughtfully arranged for us. Breakfast was nice with a variety of choices and I like that they alter the menu slightly every day so it's not the same stuff. Water, coffee and wifi are all free of charge. You can also book daily tours and transportation to the airport easily at the front desk. Staff are quite friendly.

Stunning views, probably the best in Cappadocia. The rooms are cleaned and very well designed. Friendly and helping staff. We purchased organised tours/attractions at the hotel and they were very well organised.
