Ideal Location, Great Views, Beautiful Terrace panoramic view for morning Balloons Watching. Breakfast was also good. We were upgraded to the Honeymoon 2 level Suite. We celebrated our daughter’s 3rd year Birthday on the terrace, and the restaurant boy did some arrangement setup (complimentary) for taking birthday pictures. It was a wonderful and memorable trip. Sultan Cave was next door and we went for dinner and day time snacks which had panoramic views and amazing food n service.

Loved the view from my bedroom and the staff at reception were really, lovely. As well as the balcony views for the morning sunrise to see hot air balloons were definitely my highlight. There was also a nice big buffet breakfast which was delicious.

One of the best if not The best properties in Goreme. Five minutes walk to city center where all the actions happen. Great location for baloons viewing, anywhere from the property and some rooms with balconies.

It would have been nice if the property had a pool or jacuzzi that could help you cool down whilst enjoying the beautiful views

The town below is cute and fun to explore. The hike to the top of the hill to return to the hotel could be a challenge for individuals with limited mobility.

The location was fantastic. The hot air ballon views at 5am were fantastic.The room was comfortable.

Only down side was the lighting in the room, quiet dark and difficult to do make up in the mirror but it wouldn’t put me off returning or recommending the hotel - would just advise to bring perhaps a portable mirror for use if required

room was great with awesome views from the deck breakfast can be served a bit earlier due to construction on the road not easy to navigate with google maps so phone first for assistance staff were helpful and welcoming recommend the hotel

Brilliant location! We had the best spot when it came to watching the hot air balloons each morning. Our room was insanely huge, with a big jacuzzi bath, seperate bathroom and then our room upstairs which also had its own little cave inside. We were a short stroll to the resturant, there really was no reason to leave this hotel only to do activities etc. We had breaky included & also dinners every night here! highly recommend the claypot kebap!!! AMAZING!! Staff were great, they also celebrated my partners birthday by bringing us fresh fruit & organising our ATV activity. Loved loved staying here and if you want to walk into the city its literally a 5min stroll...the hill coming back up i won't lie was pretty tough lol

Service especially at restaurant was mediocre. If staff were better trained and if they gave more attention to details could be comparable to some of the higher end hotels in the area. Be very specific about the room you are booking.

Beautiful cave hotel but needs some attention to detail. Lovely views from terraces, short walk into town. Depending on the room some are very nice - ask for details about rooms being booked.

Nothing. Only thing to note is that the hotel is caves and steps may be challenging for some people

Lovely cave suite- well worth upgrading to this. Lots of terraces to view Goreme and best view of balloons taking off at sunrise. We arrived late evening and pleasantly surprised restaurant was open until 11pm. Great roof top bar.

We have the best stay ever in Goreme. Really enjoyed oir stay here since they have the best spot to chase the hot air balloons in the morning. The property was well maintained and good value for money. Definitely will come back if given a chance.:)

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, every time my partner would move it felt like we were in a hammock. But if you’re heavy sleepers probably no problem.

It had a stunning location over the balloons and the breakfast was yum!

Although we booked a regular triple room, we got a large suite for free. The room was really nice, with a balcony. The view from the terrace was beautiful

AC/fans in the room aren’t fantastic. The room got stuffy quite quickly. No iron provided in room. Additional charges apply Drinks in the bar much more expensive than other establishments in the near vicinity Mirrors hard to use - either very small or mounted at strange angles facing downwards
