Everything was perfect.

We enjoyed our holidays in this hotel very much. The room was really comfortable and clean. We could always rely on warm water and well heated room. We really did not face any negative point. The staff is very kind, helpful, good-humoured and hospitable. Besides, the Masterchef restaurant within the hotel presents a rich and delicious menu. The hotel is also quite close to Uchisar center that you can reach after a short walk. Also, the hotel staff helped us to join an organized tour of Cappadocia (Red Tour) that we strongly recommend (beautiful landscapes, interesting activities).

A true gem of a hotel for your Cappadocia vacay . I loved the serenity and endless views . Roll out of bed and watch the hot air ballons rising , and if you are lucky they land on the site next to the hotel . The rooms are so comfortable and the staff are warm and friendly . We loved exploring all the breakfast spoils - a true feast for the eyes and taste buds. The hustle and bustle of goreme is a short bus ride away and we found great restaurants around Uchisar castle - about 15 mins walk .

Best stay of our 3 month holiday. Hospitality was fabulous. Breakfast was delicious & plentiful. 300m walk to bus stop. Great views for sunrise balloons from the front yard. Just wish we were here 2 weeks later to enjoy the pool!

Breakfast menu was mainly Turkish food of bread , cheese , honey and salads, continental food was not available and no menu was given , communication with staff is an issue

Nothing. Everything was pretty awesome. Be aware that the property is a little outside of the main Goreme area but that’s exactly what I was looking for. There’s also a bus stop that heads in maybe 100m from the hotel.

1. Staff - The service from all the staff and the hours they put in making everyone’s stay enjoyable was amazing. Ferdi and Yunus are great and I’d recommend talking to them first before booking anything in town. Most of the hotels have specific providers which will work in your favor over booking on one of the activity websites. 2. Breakfast - every morning I made sure to not sleep in because breakfasts here were as good as the best breakfasts I’ve had anywhere else in Turkey. Loads of options, cheeses, honey, dips, olives, seasonal fruit, bread and pastries. A very satisfying thing to wake up to every morning. 2. The Hotel - it’s brand new and only opened a few months ago. There’s great value here and the rooms are huge. After talking to the staff there are plans to expand and provide cave rooms and access to a hiking trail in the valley below. When all these are done I’m sure this will be one of the premier hotels in Cappadocia. 3. View - the views from any room and the courtyard are brilliant! slightly covered on the right by an old distillery but great view of the Goreme valley balloon launch area. 4. Rooms - very spacious with table and armchair and plenty of room to walk around. Bed is very comfortable too. 5. Shower - this is important to me because I hate bad or low maintained showers. Great shower, great pressure and temp.

Just like the hotel pictures: the hotel location, the rooms and the view were just WOW! We stayed for a total of 2 nights. Checking in and out went smoothly, for an additional fee we asked if we could upgrade to the Superior room with a Jacuzzi and the best view. Luckily the room was available. The room itself is so clean, comfortable and the design is beautiful. Everything is still new since the hotel opened a few weeks ago. Staff members were friendly and truly taking care of us. They helped us with arranging a balloon tour which is something you definitely want to do when visiting Cappadocia. They also recommended us a few other areas to visit nearby. The breakfast was all inclusive and well prepared. They served us a so called Turkish "serpme kahvaltı" which were basically small plates with different foods on them. They offer an à la carte menu in case you want to dine in the hotel restaurant. The price list on the menu was decent. I would highly recommend the Chef's self inspired dessert! All in all, it was definitely worth it!

It was amazinggg.The Hotel upgraded our room to panaromic suit and it has amazing view valley baloons. It was like a real fairtale.We will definitely come back. room is so clean all the staff smile always and the last point is for breakfast and dinner. the most delicious i have ever eaten. thank youu la fairy and masterchef Cappadocia

As the hotel is quite small, noise from other guests tends to travel to the rooms. On the one night there was quite a lot of noise from some of the guests which was disturbing. Small issue with the hot water which was fixed, however, this was not great for a winter stay.

Location was good, fabulous views from hotel. Staff was very friendly, always willing to assist. Breakfast experience was exceptional, special thanks to Murat bey for the outstanding, personalized service. We needed to check out early as we had an early flight to Istanbul and the staff very kindly served us a full breakfast before we left. Hotel is very close to the centre of Uchisar.

we did not stay through booking. Berşan insulted us for this reservation. don't go as long as that person works there

Hotel's view, rooms and facilities are nice. reception, kitchen staff, housekeeping are very very good people. Bevare of Mr.Berşan: bad behavior, insults and shouting at the customer. this is the first time i have experienced something rude like this, i thought of calling the police
