The fast food at the pool bar (sunrise) is served in low quality. Hotel is completely full of people and maybe it's the reason of a little discomfort experience, bars and pool are full always , It was hard to catch an unoccupied bed at pool or a table at the night activities.

The location of the hotel is extraordinary. Meals at The main restaurant are good and diverse. beautiful views. nice beach and pool. comfortable resort and easy paths.

The pools weren't deep enough, all of them 1.40meter. The water pressure of the shower in the bathroom was very low

The staffs were really helpful. The foods were delicious (7/10).

drinks/alcohol are used from cheap local drinks and not all the staff give the same taste to cocktails. cihat was very good.

you literally dont need to leave the area you have everything. make sure you check the map at reception so you dont lose on anything. food is 10/10 service 10/10 you will not be dissapointed. Starbucks is also included in all inclusive. wifi isnt the best but does the job. also included various cocktails and drinks where ever you are on the island you can find food and drinks. and 24hour open bar which have various cakes sweets and ice cream!

Old building and facilities. Most water slides didn't work. Felt that it was over priced. Was hard to walk with a baby as the roads are not straight. It seems to be built on a hill.

It’s not 5 star hotel, solid 4. Very old rooms. Reception stuff is not professional, always wanted to charge you extra, rooms cleaning is awful, gym equipment is old and you can’t operate it, dirty place.

We were treated like second grade citizens and believe me we paid a lot to stay here. The locals were favoured and I doubt they paid even half of what it cost us( without exchange calculations) The food was nice and plentiful but there were many very pushy guests and it made you feel like you were in a cheap very large cafeteria. A very different experience to last time we stayed all inclusive. My daughter had to wake up at 6am to put a towel on the sunloungers next to the beach of which there were at least 200 but people were greedy and reserved them very early or the night before? Not a lovely experience

The only good things about this resort is the beach area although very difficult to get a sun bed and the staff were friendly

I have no suggestions, our experience was a 10.

The staff was amazing, beginning from the Spa team and animation team (DJ Mustafa, best in Bodrum 🫡)These guys do an outstanding job ensuring guests get the best from their stay, we arrived with no expectations and left with amazing friends. We had Turkish bath (Must do, highly recommended) which left our skin flawless, few massages after that. Even the transportation staff is amazing, Anil helped us get my brother’s wallet which we forgot at the hotel and noticed until we were at the ferry port. The management staff was amazing we had the opportunity to meet them too and everyone tried their best to help in either English or Spanish we will definitely return.

the staff seemed all new, the entertainer guy kept messing with US visitor, kept saying did you bring democracy, which after some time was annoying. Being a US citizen it made me feel inferior.
