Our trip got so much better the moment we decided to book with karma suites, really an upgrade to our Cappadocia experience. TurkeyThe room is situated near the entrance, occasionally allowing for some noise disturbances, although they were brief. Nothing else to mention.
The staff is exceptionally friendly, dedicated to ensuring a memorable stay, which is crucial in a foreign country where connecting with the right people can be challenging. The location is excellent, with the hotel's proximity to Uchisar Castle and a variety of delightful restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. The Jacuzzi in the King Room is exceptional! Despite one comment about an issue in the booking.com reviews, it appears the property owners have addressed it, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Jacuzzi. In terms of price and performance, it's a highly recommended option!

United States of AmericaBe mindful that the weather will dictate the ability to fly in the hot air balloons, not staff, or tour companies. Safety is taken very seriously, so mitigate expectations on this activity depending on the season.
I loved everything about this place- the staff, the room, the location, and the good vibes. Gürkan went above and beyond to ensure I got the full Cappadocia experience. The King Suite with the Spa Bath was exactly as pictured, had a comfy bed, and the view of Uchisar Castle from the bath was stunning. Breakfast is served on the rooftop with beautiful views of the same canyon that leads to Pigeon Valley. From the hotel, you can easily walk to various spots around Uchisar, and Goreme is only a short taxi ride away. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing, unique experience.

HungaryWe had the most amazing stay in Karma Suites! Gürkan was the kindest, most amazing host who helped with everything to make our trip smooth. He helped with arranging the transfers from the airport and back, booked our hot air balloon rides, helped us get taxis and always gave advice on things to do and see. My friend unfortunately got sick right as the trip started and he made sure she was okay throughout the stay, took me to the pharmacy, and did his best to help make the situation better. The hotel exceeded our expectations, and we loved our unique room. The hotel has the perfect location, it offers beautiful views of Uchisar, there are nice restaurants and cafés walking distance too. We had really nice breakfast that you can enjoy on the rooftop overlooking the town and the valley. It also has really beautiful views at sunrise to see the balloons. We will definitely come back soon :)

ItalyEverything was great. Maybe a few things to consider in the future: check jacuzzi tub cause it can start to leak from a certain level of water (unexpectedly) and a shower level, I’d recommend to make the boards there a bit higher
We stayed at King Suite and very enjoyed it. Amazing stuff made our stay unforgettable and we felt like at home. Very nice location in the heart of Uçhisar (as for me, this city is much cozier and less touristic than Goreme). A room was clean and very spacious. At the sunrise you even can catch ballons from the beautiful terrace where they serve a lovely breakfast

ItalyWe had a wonderful stay in Karma Suits and we highly recommend it! The position is great, as it is in Uchisar which is a beautifut village (in my opinion one of the nicest ones), close to Goreme. The hotel is at a walking distance fron Uchisar castel as well as to the Pegeon Valley, and it has a great view on both of them. We really enjoyed the terrace from which we watched the baloons at surise. We booked the king suits so we also had a great view from the hydromassage of both the baloons and of uchisar by night. The bathtub was great as it gets a little chilly during the night in Cappadoccia (even when we were there at the beginning of august) so it was nice to stay warm and enjoy the view. The room was exactly like in the pictures, well furnished in every detail and very big, also the bed was comfortable. The staff was very nice, the owner gave us plenty of advices on the places to visit and also booked us the balloning experience (highly recommended) within the budget we asked (which of course was within the range he said was possible for such experience, nothing unrealistic). The lady at breakfast was always super nice, and made fresh typical turkish breakfast for us every morning right there on the spot, the best breakfast we had in all our stay in Turkey. Also the night shift boy was very nice, he packed sandwiches and orange juice for us when we left very early for the airport and couldn't get breakfast.
