Parts of the roof tops and terrace need to be retouched and renewed but overall is is a great property! I would definitely come back.

Staff not helpful. We were promised that they will try to make a room for us bit earlier, but we arrived before 8am. Reception was closed. Waiting outside with children in +6 degrees for hours is not what we expected.

The owners/staff were very personable and accommodating during our stay. The room was big and the shower/bath was excellent. We could easily walk into town for lunch/dinner. We booked all of our day tours through the hotel and they were very good. The breakfast was amazing and the view of the hot air balloons every morning was spectacular.

The toilet is a bit smelly, not all the times just at times. It is spotless clean but just the smell.

Location, location and location. It is central to the Goreme town. Close to convenience shop. Provides us the cave hotel experience. Unpredictable weather, it is..We expected first snow fall in Cappadocia today. It was a wonderful experience.. though it was a light one, some of the areas are coved with snow..well, it is iterally everywhere!

Mr Khan could have been a bit more attentive and more proactive to our minimal needs. Like joining 2 tiny tables for a group of 3, especially knowing that it’s impossible for 3 to sit aThe 3rd person had no choice but sit separately but then he was not served breads and condiments on the 2nd table stating that we were one group so it will be served on 1 table only. It’s really strange that be it 1 person or 3 like us the portions are the same.

Location was perfect very close to the city centre, extremely clean, the hot water was extremely seamless with full pressure. Overall loved it

The washrooms were not up to par considering the amount we paid for the room, which was 100 GBP. We expected a certain level of quality and standards. Overall, it's good for a stay of only 1 or 2 days. If you plan on staying longer than 4 days, it's better to look for other options.

The staff is very friendly and offers coffee and tea all the time, and the breakfast is delicious.

Bring slippers and clothes iron as it is not provided. Nonetheless, everything is excellent.

We had an abrupt escapade and saw Goreme Palace with good reviews, the photos were amazing, soon as we booked, they gave us comprehensive instructions and information. As soon as you get to.the place, the facade is very creative (don't forget to take that Instagram photo). The staffs are exceptional, we never felt we were outsiders, they are responsive on your questions too. The breakfast is amazing. The location is very near, walking distance from the city center. The rooftop is good for photos, especially early morning during the balloon rally.

The location is great! All the attractions are nearby from here. In comparison to other stays around, the location is reachable easily by walk. The traditional set of breakfast and additional options are excellent. Must visit to experience the breakfast and a wide range of hours between 8:30am to 11:30am. This is peaceful in having breakfast as per our plans. The team is really helpful and providing a detailed background about available tour options and attractions. The stay is spacious, clean and comfortable for family’s. Overall a great stay!
