Our first room was facing the busy rood and was too noisy because of the heavy traffic. We were offered another room that wasn't facing the road, solving this problem. It was a little disappointing though that all junior suites face the road, you'd expect suits to be better positioned. We had to settle for a family duplex which is more expensive, but doesn't add the benefit of two separate rooms so you have to be really quiet when your child is sleeping in one of the beds. Reception personnel during late arrival spoke English with a very thick accent making it hard to understand them. Didn't have this issue with personnel during the day.

Staff was friendly and helpful all around. Ground were very well kept, lots of beautiful plants, trees and flowers. The food was very good and we liked the themed evenings in the restaurants. We didn't attend any shows because of our baby needing to sleep early, but they looked very well made and drew large crowds. We liked that we could eat for free at the a la carte restaurants for lunch. Not many people seemed to know this however, because they were never very full.

At the end of May, my family and I had 8 amazing days holidaying at Concorde Hotel. Over the years we’ve stayed at many top Turkish hotels in Antalya, Bodrum, Kusadasi and Istanbul, but this one is now number one on my list of favourites. The facilities are impressive but it was the especially high level of customer service that impressed us most. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. The food and drinks were delicious. The hotel’s rooms, pools and communal areas were all very clean and we felt very safe there. We will definitely be returning… Thank you Concorde ✈️🧿🩵

Wi-Fi quality and sound insulation in the room could be better.

Top hotel, everything is set up to make sure you'll rest well -- personnel, quality and variety of food and drinks, territory, activities. Additionally would like to note that staff is very friendly. What's also nice, there are lots of cats on premises and they are being monitored/fed by a local veterinarian, this is very nice and cute :) Just brilliant, nothing to add more :)

I didn't like the fun fair, ithat evening there wasn't any entertainment for adults. That evening. However one evening out of seven isn't that bad.

The amount of bars and restaurants were fabulous, the grounds were beautiful, the gardeners have done a great job. The staff are super and friendly and very professional. I was amazed that the drinks were brands. The snow evening was also incredible. The dj was great too.

Water slides were closed for 2 hours (12:00-14:00) despite the availability of the lifeguard, which is disliked by kids, and should be reconsidered.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The room was fantastic and the food service was top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Staff was overwhelmingly helpful and hospital especially at the reception. We(two adults and one child) arrived at 9am from overnight flight and reception desk found us a room that was not occupied and let us in earlier. On the day of check out our flight was late in the evening and the team at the reception offered us to spend the rest of the day in the resort facilities and restaurants without additional payment. Food, outdoor pools, kids area and night program were great as well. Resort was so nice, full of vegetation, clean and full of things to do that we even didn't go to the beach even though they have their own private beach area. We will come again and would definitely recommend it.

The buffet restaurant is small. When the hotel is full, it gets very crowded during mealtimes, and people rush around like crazy. We love the cats at the hotel. During this visit, several kittens had been born, about 2-3 weeks old. These kittens need proper care rather than being treated as toys by hotel guests. One mother cat had only 1 kitten left out of 7. Please take better care of the animals.🙏

It’s our 3rd visit because: It’s clean, food is nice, staff & the entertainment team are great also a lot of lovely cats!

The interior of the hotel, such as the main lobby, the ground floor, the M floor, and the eating buffet area, needs an update in order to get the same quality and appearance that is present outdoors on the hotel territory. They cleaned the rooms, but several times forgot to add the shower/shampoo gels, and sometimes they didn't even change the used towels and just organized them in a way as if they brought new ones :)) I got an as if new towel with my sun lotion marks on it :)))

I liked everything about the outdoor hotel facilities. There are many bars, many places to sit and chill, and many spots where you can have almost all types of food, starting with pizzas, baked potatoes, and fresh juices and ending with burgers, Turkish cuisine, desserts, and coffee spots. The hotel has 3 swimming pools of which 1 was a small aquapark, 1 adult pool and 1 general pool, a large one where all the water activities take place. The Beach area was superb, with many different lounging areas. Bonus Part: It is very close to the airport approx 20 min drive.
