The only downside was that the bars got very crowded in the evenings, and the staff looked a bit overwhelmed. The waiting time for a drink was around 15-20mins during the peak of activity

Spacious, didn’t feel crowded even in the peak season. There’s something to do for everyone, and there are daily activities which go on from 10-5. The food was good with plenty of options, we didn’t even need to go to the main buffet for lunch, just had it outside. The cocktails were pretty good, and the selection of spirits was fab. There were water sports and diving facilities on site, we paid extra for them but the money was worth the experience.

Great Holiday! All perfect: hotel, garden and pool, beach, service, food and drinks … we had a great relaxing week. Also the diving center next to the hotel was perfect placed so I could easily go for dives with a great team!

The rooms weren't cleaned to my expected standards. They were done when requested but it seems that the cleaners are pushed for time due to workload so sometimes didn't give our room their full attention.

Hotel is definitely a 5 star. Super modern and the staff are pleasant and helpful. Pools are clean with plenty of sunbeds available. Beach area has a fabulous pier and lots of different choices of loungers, beds etc. Food available everywhere and there are even branded spirits! Reception and guest relations were very helpful in assisting to make this a memorable birthday for my wife, providing a free upgrade and complimentary la carte dining for 4 of us!

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The facilities were great, clean and met up with mine and my families needs and expectations. It’s a family friendly resort, with plenty of entertainment. We had the family de luxe room and it was very spacious. All the staff were always happy to help, especially the deputy manager matin and experience manager Tulay went the extra mile for us. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the resort to others.

Nothing everything was amazing!

My family and I just got back from a 10 day holiday at Concorde De Luxe Lara and WOW.. it was amazing. From start to finish I honestly can say I have not got one complaint. The place has absolutely everything you could possibly need or want from a holiday. Food, exceptional. The A la Carte restaurants are a must! The buffet has a wide variety and every night is a different theme but they always cater to everyone, basics always stay the same pizza, pasta, chips, salads and cheeses etc so even the fussiest of eaters can always find something delicious to eat! Breakfast was also lovely, a must when you stay is to try the A la carte breakfast at the Turkish restaurant. You get table service and a large array of options, I highly recommend the eggs Benedict. No charge for a la carte restaurants at lunchtime or in the morning only in the evening but prices was very reasonable for evening meals, I think around 20 euros a person. Staff, overwhelmingly lovely! A special mention to guest relations member Elmira Khaksar.. what an absolutely beautiful person inside and out. She truly made our holiday special and we could not ask for more from her. If you decide to stay here you must find her at the front desk next to reception immediately!! The roller skaters delivering drinks was also a very nice touch, we had someone come over at least once every half an hour to see what we wanted. Constantly making sure you are happy, I don’t know how they manage to stay on the skates all day… very impressive! Fun Makers, what a great effort they make everyday to keep everyone happy and entertained! Birem and Memmet especially really impressed us. We have stayed at many all inclusives in Lara over the years and they really topped all our expectations. Really grateful for the pair of them! What a lovely team they all make. Such a great effort how they work as many hours as they do baffles me.. but well done to them for keeping up the energy!

First of all, I just loved the wonderful people that work there. They smile and treat you like a family. The food, the spacy and comfortable room with a sea view and beautiful park, everything was just great! I loved sandy beach with the bars anong it. Also, the shows everynight were just wonderful! It was my first tme at this hotel and I was not disappointed. Huge Thanks to everyone who works at the hotel❤️❤️❤️ I am coming back soon!

- got a lomi lomi massage, which was good but as with lots of spas in turkey, it seemed to be ran by Thai massages and the massage did feel more Thai than lomi lomi - on our last day a wedding was getting prepared and sound test was extremely loud - people were not considerate and didn’t remove their towels/drinks once they left and staff didn’t clear things straightaway so lots of beds looked “reserved” where actually people had just left

- cleanliness - very good food - lovely gardens and food huts - beds at the swimming pool and beach - good cocktails - lovely rooms with free mini bar and great toiletries (also had a hair straightener in the bathroom)

I was unimpressed with some staff in the spa area, who tried hard to upsell treatments. When asked if we could use the sauna and pool, they only showed us the general access area which was dingy and cold. They did not tell that there was the other really nice area with a hotter sauna, heated pool and a relaxation area. Apparently you have to reserve it, but there was nobody there! It was nearly empty. Tbh I struggled a bit with the food and especially deserts - the cakes were not great. The service around the pools is a bit slow, I had to get my own drinks more often than not. The hotel also needs some paint on the outside. There are minor construction works going on, I could hear the noise when getting a massage. But overall neither of this spoilt the impression from this hotel. We just wished we could have been informed a bit more about the facilities, the spa or the water park or other activities.

I was travelling with my mother, our flight was delayed for a day and since we've checked out from the previous venue, we booked one night at Concord, but it felt like we stayed there longer! There was so much to do and to try. The territory is spacious and beautifully laid out, the private beach is amazing, although some seats had to be booked separately apparently. The local Turkish food is delicious and there are some gluten free options. The late show simply fantastic, we were so delighted. The staff were amazing. They let us check in early and check out late and use all the facilities before we had to leave next day. I especially want to commend a lady in the buffet service area. Sadly, I did not get her name. She was displaying fruit at the counter. I asked if they had any pineapple and had a feeling that she did not understand me, she spoke no English, so I gave up. But she went into the kitchen and came back with half a pineapple cut especially for us! I was so moved. My mum, who has not been to Antalya before, felt like it was the ultimate paradise and wants to book a return straight away!

Spa area not good it’s quality does not fit into the class of hotel The free spa area is in the closed pool and small sauna and hamam so a lot of noise and no where to relax and spa has a paid part which is for steam bath and etc so why you pay a lot to hotel and also pay for spa

- SPA, sorry to say, but it does not meet the hotel's level AT ALL. The SPA facilities are very old, and the women's shower is smelly. There is only one sauna (very hot and dry) and an old Hammam (a certain explanation for its use would be also great). - The smoke from the neighbors on the balcony was quite annoying as well. As a suggestion: separate smokers from non-smokers. - Please teach your barmens to make the cocktails you offer :) - All water activities are external and possible for free only till 12, very unfortunate limitation. - The beach is officially closed at 17:30.

A room upgrade ofc is highly appreciated. In general, it was a wonderful stay! The hotel has a lovely private beach and an amazing private garden, several restaurants on the hotel territory, and a huge buffet. It might seem that food everywhere is the same, but it did not bother me during my 5-day stay. The only thing that came as a surprise, only a buffet restaurant was included for dinner, and all ala carte restraints were for extra charge. Other than that staff, cleaning, and entertainment are on a high level. Every evening there was some entertainment program, one can see that the hotel is taking care of that.

1) The moppet club for the kids wasn't that good as I thought. Kind of empty, not enough entertainment for toddlers. 2) I wanted to take a shower at the spa and might have some different procedures. But I wasn't impressed by the shower, wasn't clean enough for me. Had to leave without finding out about other things they provide.
