Every thing was just great And the Ultra all inclusive is in different level from other resorts The staff was very friendly every one to say Th guest relation victoria and bushra were great We loved it !

I don't recommend for any one like relaxing and quiet place or hony moon couples.

Very nice resort for families and kids or groups friends i recommend for them only. Too mach activities they will really enjoy also food and drinks as a normal drink or alcohol drink with exports brands everywhere and time you like as All inclusive. Also in the night there is show for kids and after that others activities show every night is different. Refill your refrigerator daily with what you like if you have some choices Really you will don't need to move out side of hotel for any needs. I strongly recommend this resort for Families or friends group only.

Only 7001 till 7040 rooms have a good view, other rooms 7041 and further - have a view on the kitchen area and opposite hotel Booked room with two single beds is not available at the location -- the booking advertisement is fake? Free upgraded into duplex where sofa bed is not as comfortable as promised by reception Our room duplex was in that worst range 7041-... -- applies to other floors Stick the head out from the balcony to see the sea :) Fridge on the second floor did not freeze Running water in the shower every day starting around 5-6am in the bathrooms Sauna area needs renovation -- one shower is full of water, in second shower the holder is broken, the fridge has only iced water - 0.5l water is a brick of ice Guest relations wants to know everything about you as sale person adjusting the offer price for tours/guides -- can't get the prices on the spot Offered unsolicited taxi services Jacuzzi bath is smelly

Our first room was facing the busy rood and was too noisy because of the heavy traffic. We were offered another room that wasn't facing the road, solving this problem. It was a little disappointing though that all junior suites face the road, you'd expect suits to be better positioned. We had to settle for a family duplex which is more expensive, but doesn't add the benefit of two separate rooms so you have to be really quiet when your child is sleeping in one of the beds. Reception personnel during late arrival spoke English with a very thick accent making it hard to understand them. Didn't have this issue with personnel during the day.

Staff was friendly and helpful all around. Ground were very well kept, lots of beautiful plants, trees and flowers. The food was very good and we liked the themed evenings in the restaurants. We didn't attend any shows because of our baby needing to sleep early, but they looked very well made and drew large crowds. We liked that we could eat for free at the a la carte restaurants for lunch. Not many people seemed to know this however, because they were never very full.

At the end of May, my family and I had 8 amazing days holidaying at Concorde Hotel. Over the years we’ve stayed at many top Turkish hotels in Antalya, Bodrum, Kusadasi and Istanbul, but this one is now number one on my list of favourites. The facilities are impressive but it was the especially high level of customer service that impressed us most. All of the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable and happy. The food and drinks were delicious. The hotel’s rooms, pools and communal areas were all very clean and we felt very safe there. We will definitely be returning… Thank you Concorde ✈️🧿🩵

Wi-Fi quality and sound insulation in the room could be better.

Top hotel, everything is set up to make sure you'll rest well -- personnel, quality and variety of food and drinks, territory, activities. Additionally would like to note that staff is very friendly. What's also nice, there are lots of cats on premises and they are being monitored/fed by a local veterinarian, this is very nice and cute :) Just brilliant, nothing to add more :)

I didn't like the fun fair, ithat evening there wasn't any entertainment for adults. That evening. However one evening out of seven isn't that bad.

The amount of bars and restaurants were fabulous, the grounds were beautiful, the gardeners have done a great job. The staff are super and friendly and very professional. I was amazed that the drinks were brands. The snow evening was also incredible. The dj was great too.

Water slides were closed for 2 hours (12:00-14:00) despite the availability of the lifeguard, which is disliked by kids, and should be reconsidered.

I had an exceptional experience at the hotel. The room was fantastic and the food service was top-notch. I couldn't have asked for a better stay!
