We visited Goreme in the winter low season and we are the only guests in the hotel. The location is fantastic and near to the town centre. It also has roof terraces to watch the hot air balloons. Special compliments to Omar who was very helpful and speaks good English. We recommend this hotel to tourists who are visiting Cappadocia! Photo was taken from our room terrace.

It is very well located as it is not on the village hill and you can easily reach restaurants, shops and other places from this property. GermanyThe room was pretty big and the bathroom was nice and very clean. The hotel staff was super nice and very helpful with e.g. Bookings of tours we wanted. They also let us do an early check in the day we arrived after being on a night bus for 10h and we could leave our bags in the hotel until 10pm the day we left. The whole place is just very nice with nice gardens and a beautiful view of the balloons on the mornings. Would definitely recommend!

CanadaAs I mentioned, pretty expensive laundry service and they didn't have fitted sheets so the flat sheet keeps getting messed up. The doors also opened and closed really loudly so very early in the morning you'll definity hear people going in and out of their room but everything else was wonderful.
Cute hotel with good views of the hot air balloons. Staff were very friendly and helpful in booking our shuttles to and from the airport as well as our hot air balloon, green tour and red tour. The tours were €45 per person and the hot air balloon €230 per person. I think the prices were reasonable and all the activities were very well organized and great experiences. Our first morning was our balloon ride which we got picked up at 6:30am, way later than I thought based on blogs and whatnot that I've read so this was a relief. You're back by the hotel by around 8:15am and breakfast here was 8:00-10:00am. Enough time to eat and get ready to be picked up for the tours at 9:40am. The hotel replenishes water bottles every day in your room and has coffee and tea, kettle and mini fridge in the room. There are two terraces, a lower one that has two sections connected by a bridge that is very spacious and also an upper terrace that is all rugged up and adorable. Views of the balloons were great! The hotel also has very good water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower as well as toiletries. Some disposable slippers are provided. Breakfast was typical Turkish spread with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, cheese, cold cuts, cereal, some fried items like fries and these fried savoury fritter things and sigara borek (like a rolled feta fried thing). There's also honey and other spreads and bread, coffee, instant coffee and tea granules, brewed tea and hot water. The staff can also make you eggs made to order (scrambled, omelette and fried egg). You can get laundry done but it was quite pricey, in past reviews I noted it would be 70 lira for 5kg but now it is €10 per machine, I think I probably had about 15 kg of clothes at most but it took 4 machines which was a crazy amount to pay for laundry but we were only at the half way point of our trip so it was necessary.
