Even though the room was very atmospheric and clean inside, we were a little bit upset that all of our windows were facing the common area with the pool and corridor passage, which we didn't expect while making a booking. Isolation in the room itself is amazing but doors are connecting to the main garden so whenever someone talks next to your door you hear it. Although it wasn’t much crowded in our case so wasn’t really bothering

The room was great, however we could see signs of it having a few years of usage in the furniture and room structure and style, which may be not so good for value spent there for some guests. For us, it was fine. But a renovation would really make the room incredible. There was an area outside our room with table and a place full of rugs and pillows to sit, and it was very stinky and we could not use. I imagine many cats go there and that’s why the smell. When it rained, there was an exhaust on top of our beds that started to leak, but we were leaving that day so it was fine. Maybe something to fix for the next guests. Overall, all of those didn’t interfere very much in our experience.

I chose this hotel because of the private Turkish Bath (Hamam) in the room. It was the only one I could find in Göreme, with a perfect location. The Turkish bath was just perfect and if you go down the street, you’re in the Goreme center. Staff was very kind, asking our preferences on the bed (if single beds should be together or separate), and fixing it right away. The breakfast was gigantic, really, so many food options (and we were the only guests at the time), and even special tea for my father who happened to have the flu. The lady at the breakfast was so sweet and nice to us. The hotel staff let us do a late check out as well. The room was literally inside a cave, which was really nice! We climbed and entered the cave wall we can see in goreme, very nice! We also got snacks in the room during our stay, as a courtesy! The room and the bathroom together had around 4-5 exhausts, which kept the air free of humidity, something I’ve never seen in other hotels (they usually have 1 in the bathroom and 1 in the room).

Amazing stay. Room was very spacious and very clean and comfortable. Had great view to jungle with best jungle sound :). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Food could be improved a bit as some dishes weren’t great, but overall stay was fantastic 🙏🏻

There was nothing not to like. It was a perfect holiday.

The hotel was in a perfect location within 2-3 mins walk from the town centre where all the shops and restaurants are. We felt secure to walk aroound the area and the town by ourselves late nights. It's not on top of the rock so very easy walk. The sunset/sunrise view point is about 15-20 mins walk up on the hill, which is ideal to walk up to watch sunrise hot air ballon rides. If not you can watch them from the balcony outside your room. Our room was near the terrace so it was a bonus. The room was very spacious, clean and with all the essentials and a king size bed with very comfortable mattress and pillows. Our room was cleaned everyday and towels were replaced everyday without even asking. We had the opportunity to eat fresh grapes and apple from the garden of the hotel. There were so many healthy options at the breakfast buffet but all olives and cheeses are too salty to our taste. I believe Turkish eat a lot of salt cos I experienced the same when I was in Antalya the year before. There were a couple of salad options as well. We were served with fresh omelette and scramble eggs up on request. The guy who managed breakfast every morning (he's from Afganistan) was very sweet, polite, humble and helpful. He helped to book a table for us at a restaurant too. Ahmet was very helpful and kind to us. He helped with us booking the shuttles back and forth the airport and also a hammam spa. We (two ladies) were very well looked after by the team.

I can't emphasize enough how much I enjoyed my stay at the Roc of Cappadocia hotel. I give it the highest rating with enthusiasm! The entire hotel is surrounded by fruit trees and greenery, making this hotel truly special. The view of Cappadocia from the terraces is truly unforgettable, especially when the hot air balloons rise in the morning. Additionally, the proximity to restaurants and the cliff with a panoramic view of Goreme is an added bonus. The hotel even has a pool, which is a great way to refresh after exploring the region. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating, they really made us feel welcome. All in all, this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Beautiful hotel with panoramic terrases, clean, stylish and well equipped room, exellent breakfast and just outcoming stuff! So welcoming, so helpful, answering any little wish. Ideal location - in the center, 2 minutes by walk to bus station - and with absolute silence in the rooms. Absolutely perfect! Highly recommended!

The Turkish night show with dinner was les professional then I hope for ( but that’s not the hotel fault is the same one people go when in Göreme), the dervish danse could be boring for unadvised people but we like it

The breakfast buffet is exceptional. It is indeed the best I've had in any hotel. Not only is there an amazing choice of fruits, pastries, eggs, coffee, tea (proper turkish tea), meats, veggies, etc., the wonderful gentleman manning the buffet makes you an omelet, scrambled eggs, or sunny-side up, whatever. Also, there's no need to hike up to the "sunset point" to see the balloons in the morning. When you hear the first call to prayer, get up. Put on the kettle. Make tea/coffee. Go upstairs to the terrace. Enjoy the view.

Everything was great. I think the ambience in the rooms would be just a bit better with a warmer/different shade of white light bulbs. That is a very minor detail, but it would make a nice difference, from a designer and artist's eye.

Breakfast was fantastic. Check in and service was great. We got in very late, due to a late plane and they were so helpful to get us all set, easily and quickly.
