The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The decor was excellent and spotlessly clean. In addition every three days the apartment is cleaned and bedding and towels changed. The apartment is on the quiet side of the building away from the road. Overall an excellent place to stay.

The location of View Talay 1 is excellent. Same as services in the neighborhood. Nice pool area. Fernando is a very helpful and nice guy. The room is very clean.

Not a complaint from me because I like a firm bed, but if a soft bed is a must for you be adviced the bed is very firm. Also the aircon is old, does it's job but a little on the noisy side, but if you need freezing cold at night when you sleep maybe not for you.

View Talay 1 a is good location for me, next to the airport bus drop off pickup spot and also a nice grocery store. You can easily hop on a baht bus to go down to the beach or in to town. The Jomtien Complex is just down the street with lots of night life. Fernando is super nice and helpful. The studio apt is nice, but basic, very clean and well maintained. Would stay there again.

Nothing the room was good value,

Nice clean and comfortable room,the host was very helpful and had good wi-fi in the room was cleaned every 3- 4 days. it is 15 to 20 minute walk to the beach but is only a 3 to 5 minute walk to the main road where you can catch a regular baht bus for 10 baht that will take you all along the beach front.also easy acces into Pattaya again for 10 baht on the baht bus.

The location was great for living but did leave you to have to drive about 10 to 15 minutes to get to the main market and tourist areas. In regards to problems or dislikes there was nothing the host could change to improve, all was great

It was a full setup apartment with a living room and a bedroom with all you need including a bathroom. The living room has dishes, microwave, fridge, and a sofa and 2 nice chairs. It is a great place you could really just live there month after month. The owner also provided a Honda Click motor bike at half the rate we where quoted by bike rental spots

Several things: First the location is not accurate on Booking.com. The room didn't have stovetop which was included in the photos. This condo was very crowded. It seemed most of people have been living there for a long time there, you look like an outsider. It might be a good retirement, but I won't recommend it younger people. Most importantly, the pictures are a bit decisive. I personally thought, it is a small and cozy accomodation around a pool area. I was vey wrong. There are two big building, each with 500 rooms, at sides of the pool.

I really liked Fernando. A cool and honest guy. He was very easy going with the check in and out. I didn't get chance to use the pool, but it looked good.

1. The price shown wasn't the real price and after making the payment they showed me the extra charges. It was €15 more because it was including 7% vat and booking.com fees. That should already be included in the first price you see not after you pay. SCAM 2. The location far from everything, the closest convince store is in the bus station and there is expensive. I suggest you book here only if you are willing to be close to the bus station, or else you need to rent a motorcycle. Also you CAN'T order food..drivers won't accept to go because the road there is not convenient for them. 3. The pillows are too hard and hurt my ears..

Everything is good like you see in the picture. Spacious apartment with small bathroom, small kitchen with silverware, plates, cups except you can't cook. Only microwave, no pans or cooking stove. TV is ok little small from the distance to bed and small balcony with nice view.
