United KingdomWe arrived late and the problems couldn't be resolved because of the time. I'd ordered a room with three beds and there was only one. Both my kids had to sleep on the floor (and I'd booked them in as adults). I think they could have tried harder really, but it was late and we were tired. We had stayed at the sister hotel previously (Also the Regent) and that place was a different class.

New ZealandI noticed that the general tidiness/upkeep has dropped just a little (like, there was a beautiful flower arrangement when entering the breakfast space - and some of the beachfront garden area had obviously sustained damage during flooding, and had not been repaired...). This was our third stay, so we generally really like the place. Perhaps it's still the pandemic repercussions, nothing major that would deter us from coming back.
Love an early morning swim in the sea, and then the great buffet breakfasts, overlooking the beach & sea. In general, the place is a great stop and quiet, a good place to rest, just 'be', and to hide away from some of the not-so-nice tourism that comes with the more popular spots...

United KingdomHad to go by tuktuk to the sister hotel next door for meals, even breakfast Nowhere to even get a drink apart from a fridge in reception with a few sodas and beer. Mini bar in room could make a big difference. Restaurants and bar in sister hotel were closed long before advertised times. Unable to even get a drink at 9 pm
Lovely location on the beach. Enormous room! Hotel was very very quiet, almost deserted, which we enjoyed but not for everyone. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful bungalows set out in well manicured lush gardens, directly on a fantastic unspoilt white sand beach. Great pool in a peaceful and secure surroundings. Excellent.

Thailandthere were very few guest, therefore check-in could only be done in the “big” Regent, and the super nice restaurant at Regent Chalet also wasn’t open. We tried the Thai restaurant in the big Regent and it was a huge disappointment - waiting 1 hour for 2 dishes (with no guests), frozen soggy veggie mix on the pad thai, dry fried rice, and pricey. little village restaurants are great and really close.
nice sandy beach, large, clean pool, ping pong, pétanque. staff is kind. the chalet is ageing but comfortable, everything works. breakfast was excellent. hotel provides bicycles which is great! very good little restaurants and 7/11 nearby.

IndonesiaFrom Chalet to main point to check in is at their hotel so we need to go to hotel since there is no reception at the Chalet area even though I see there is lobby and kind of reception area. But they are happy to provide tuk tuk to accommodate us to go between hotel and chalet. But don't worry, there is always staff stand by around the chalet.
I didn't request for breakfast nor any meal either. The pool is beautiful and clean. The beach is my favorite, it is like private beach, white sand, clear water, and CLEAN. The Chalet area is quiet and suitable for person like me who looking for serenity. The staff is kind and friendly. The pool is huge and clean (I can see they clean it up in the morning).

Direct access to the beach but it was poorly maintained. The branches and leaves fallen from the trees are not removed from the beach and left as they were on the sands making it not really present.
