If you aren’t confident riding a scooter then the location is quite far from Ao Nang Beach, although it is walkable and there are lots of taxis. This wasn’t an issue for us as we were only staying one night.

The staff were lovely and willing to help us with anything. The rooms were very clean and the bed was the most comfortable we have had in Thailand for nearly two months ! There were both biscuits and bananas in the morning in a nice seating area which were very welcome. It was all just what we needed - thank you!

Further from the city center & the beach, about 3km to AoNang on a hill, however cheap rides are available and if you like to walk, not an issue. Street side of room is a bit noisy.

Very clean, spacious room, replenished with water & toiletries daily. Newer property, cleaned on a daily basis. Free coffee/tea, snacks. Price to quality ratio is amazing!

Booking.com showed our room to have a hotub but we didn’t get one. When asked we was told that we didn’t tick the box.. not to sure what but the stay overall was lovely shame about the hotub

The location does not provide many options of good restaurants and cafeterias nearby, still it is so easy to just take a cheap ride to the city center, the price is really worth it!

The reception team was really lovely at all times, they even helped us charging our Kindles and phones when needed. We had free coffee / tea with cookies which was helpful before our early tour pickup. The room had everything - good shower, working AC, good cleaning and comfortable bed. Would def stay here again.

Shower curtain was a bit grubby and the pillows were quite uncomfortable.

The two ladies who run the place were incredible, couldn’t do enough for you. Room was clean and spacious. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Ao Nang.

The location is a bit far from the beach, but that also means it's quiet. Since everyone rents a scooter anyway it's not an issue. I would recommend placing a kettle in the rooms as well :)

Really spacious and clean rooms. Comfy bed, just the pillows are a bit high. Also enough space to keep our luggage. We liked the downstairs dining area where you could have your breakfast. Most of all the staff is super friendly! I forgot something on the plane here and they helped me get it back!! 😍

Basically nothing, but bear in mind that you will need transportation to reach the beach road.

We only spent one night here, as we had an early morning flight from Krabi. The building was cute and generally quiet, the room spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, wifi signal stable, but the best part was the staff: they found a motorbike for us and a taxi to the airport at convenient price. Highly recommended.

This place is a bit far from the beach.

This place was very nice to stay. It has a balcony and nice view. It has television, refrigerator and own bathroom. Everything was very nice amd clean. They have the small kitchen, where you can have your morning coffee.

The room was pretty clean, the bed was comfortable, the building was quiet and really good, they have a motorcycle for rent so it make the travel more easy.

Although everything was great, and everytime we asked for cleaning they did a great job, there were a few nice to have missing such as small pillow, hand towel, and the shower curtain could be replaced.

Everything was great, the staff was super nice and helpful. The room was nice and clean, with new furniture. It was far from the vibrant center of Ao Nang, but with a scooter we could go there anytime in 5 minutes. Also it was a plus that they offered to rent a scooter for a fair price on our first day so transportation was solved from the beginning. If we asked for help in anything, they were eager to help.
