The towels - all three were the type that doesn't absorb water at all so it was quite difficult to dry myself after a shower. The light in bathroom - it was really poor, a stronger bulb would be useful. The pool isn't cleaned, not suitable for use. The part of concrete path in the garden, leading up to private apartments was tricky, really slippery after the rain - I fell down on it twice even though I used good trekking shoes. This part of path seems dangerous and could be substituted with some simple stairs. Fortunately, after you learn about this part of path, you can choose another way around.

The place is quite simple and definitely nothing luxurious; a bit old furniture and interiors - looks like a bungalow decorated a few decades ago, but everything is absolutely functional and the price is really nice. The private apartment with kitchen I booked was cleaned quite well (there were some spiders in the corners but if you know how the world of insects work in such small, tropical islands, you're happy to have house spiders and geckos to catch mosquitoes and ants for you :) ). Very efficient air conditioner and water heater. Wi-fi worked flawlessly. Very comfortable bed (not too soft), I slept like a child there. Having an outsite kitchen was so convenient (although I had to clean it after previous guests). The location is SUPERB. Beautiful garden with thousands of butterflies, birds, blossoming plants and a private viewpoint. Few minutes walk to the nicest part of Lamai beach, to Makro, BigC, Post Office, Tops and 7-eleven and 20 minutes walk to the most crowded, touristic street. Local cats visit you (one even slept with me) - some neighbor takes care of them so they're healthy and fed and just seek some company. The nicest owner, gentle, kind, speaking very good english and having a good word for everyone!

the host is very lovely and has a beautiful dog that befriends the travelers that stay there 😊 it was really helpful getting my laundry done by the host at a low cost when needed. if you stay in the lodges on the other side from reception, there is also a microwave available 😊 i extended my stay for another week because i enjoyed it so much !

This is a very beautiful place, in a peaceful location, near the beach. It is clean and the employee is a very polite person. It's a perfect place for people who like it quiet, without loud noise at night.

Could probably do with a good team to come in and give the place a big spring clean… attention to some little things … dust louvre doors, wipe walls down clean, behind basin, throw out broken furniture…pool area could do with some soft padding on the wooden sunbeds and monitor the chemicals in pool.

Location was excellent. Marsha the owner was so accommodating and really tries to look after all her guests. So helpful and kind.

The room was lovely and spacious. Had a little porch area too which was nice. The pool was great too and there is even a lookout on the property over samui which is beautiful. The owner was so kind and helpful. She also had a dog too who was the sweetest most gentle thing. The location was great - 2 min walk from beach and very near to Big C and 7-eleven. Overall loved my stay here and wish I could have stayed longer. The location is also very private and chill too.

It's a great place to stay at Samui! Everything was just perfect - the location, surroundings, greatest hostess ever - Maria and security dog Mosha (was living with us for the whole stay). The only thing - there is no AC in the dining area but we got used to it after a couple of days.

There are no plugs to charge the phone near bed and the facilities were not a 10/10. The bathroom is a bit outdated and was not super clean when we arrived. It also had a sewer smell.

The owner was very sweet and accommodating. The location is just minutes away walk from the beach which is great. There is also a 7-11 nearby. We had a mix up with booking the ferry from this accommodation but the owner helped us sort it out.

The owner was so helpful and friendly. Showed us round the property and gave us helpful advice. Also did our laundry free of charge. Room had a nice balcony and great view. Location was good-close to the beach. AC and fan worked well.

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect- a short walk to Lamai beach and Lamai town. The lady who owned the property was absolutely brilliant- so friendly from the moment we arrived and makes the effort to talk to everyone while she’s out and about during the day. And she has the cutest cat! Booked us our onward travel to Koh Tao and the free bike use and washing was such a help! Cooking equipment and microwave in the communal area was helpful. Air con worked really well.

the location being a littlr far from the main town meant either a hike along the beach in soft sand in the evening and returning in the dark after a few drinks. or walking a long way round on the main road which is always busy and dangerous. you need to rent a motor bike or taxi.

The location, the view from the balcony, the host, everything was picture perfect. I couldn't have asked for more and the price seemed really a steal for what was offered. Wish we could have stayed longer. Very peaceful location, so go there if you want to be away from the hustle bustle of Chaweng.

2 minutes walk to Lamai Beach, Mooshy, the host was lovely and always happy, we had a room upstairs which was very Thai, but comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the pool, there was also a huge communal balcony upstairs overlooking the sea one way and the mountains the other which we were lucky enough to have almost exclusive use of, even though all the rooms were full. The path to the beach leads down to the Paradise Beach Bar, the lads running it were excellent and the food was excellent, they even found a couple of sunbeds for us as my wife has back problems and kept them reserved all the time we were there. If you walk to the main road and turn left there is a lovely little street food shack half way to the 7 Eleven with a very basic Thai menu, we tried every dish and they were all excellent, and all at Thai prices, lots of Thai locals getting takeaway so you know it's good
