Nothing major...given the location and cost. The room had no TV or window. Also, during day time, there was a sound of some construction work which did disturb me a little as I was jetlagged. Must say, there was zero sound in the night. So, had a great sleep every night.

Great room with an extra bed. The bed and pillows were great. The air conditioner worked really well. The room was clean, and the location was good too. Close to both Asok BTS and Sukhumvit Metro. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. terminal 21 is great for food from across the world.

Very well located: close to MRT, BTS and Terminal 21. Also, at walking distance from city park which we really enjoyed! The room was well equipped, toiletries were provided and information sheets were available with suggestions for food, laundry service and activities. Communication prior and during our stay was excellent!

The bathroom's floor mat went missing after my two night of stay. I hope this was merely an oversight, and the team unintentionally forgot to replace it with a new one. The housekeeping team should pay extra attention to these details in the future. Overall, I appreciate the efforts of the housekeeping team.

The location of this property is amazing and the staff is very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good value for money option in Bangkok. My goal was to get around the city fast and easy and have a clean room and a comfy bed to get back to at night. This place provided exactly that.

Everything was perfect.

The location is beautifully centered next to Terminal21 and Asok station. So very good for exploring the city without getting lost. Don’t get me wrong, it’s in a side street and by night you only hear the light sound of your aircon 😉 The staff is awesome and very kind/friendly. It has everything you need for a stay and first nights in Bangkok.

Good location, very close to BTS Asok. Hotel is located in a small alley so it's not noisy at night. Staffs are kind and willing to help.

I wish the shower water didn't leak into the toilet floor area because there is no physical curtain that separates the shower from the rest of the bathroom. It is NOT a big deal.You can use a towel to stop the water from doing that. The water dries within an hour or two.

This place is in a great location next to the trains. The rooms are very reasonably priced. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable about the city and the country. I have stayed here at least four times now in four different rooms. The King room is the best one which has windows.
