The interiors of the old wing are pretty outdated, major renovation strongly recommended (though I was aware of it, just needed a stay exactly in that area). A pretty slippery floor/towel moment on exiting the shower in my room (Deluxe with double bed) - a potential safety issue.

Good location for nightlife. Close to Pattaya Beach. There are several wings on the property (old and renovated “boutique” wings), the renovated part looks much better (though I didn’t see inside the rooms).

24 hour room service menu was incorrect when we tried to call at night we were told the kitchen was closed. They have two breakfast rooms but only one had a coffee machine and more Thai food options - there was often a wait or we were told to use the other room which didn't have the same selections.

The room was a very generous size and staff were very friendly. Great central location easy walking distance to everything you need. Massage parlours and bars right outside.

When large ethnic groups are booked for hotel it’s very noisy at night and early morning and staff is unable to control the noise.

This has more to the clientele, then the staff or the hotel. This hotel caters to the India population. Every day 3 to 5 buses would check in. The men were rude and just not nice. One day at breakfast, I saw men at the table, eating with their hands. Disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel unless you were India residents

The rooms were big, air conditioning worked great. Bed was comfortable, cleaning staff was great, enjoyed 2 waters a day. Front desk was great. Overall good experience.

The bathtub/shower is dangerous; there is no anti-slip in the bottom of the tub and showering, the tub bottom is like standing on ice, very slick. A shower in a bathtub is very outdated because of this danger; I myself have fallen once because of a shower in bathtub and had I known my room had a shower in bathtub, I never would have booked it. Met a guy at hotel down hall from me, who did in fact fall in the shower tub for this very reason and hit his head on the sink counter. Rooms with shower in tub should be remodeled, this is extremely dangerous for older guests. There were no laundry bags or lists for laundry in the room 1/2 roll of toilet paper in room The bathroom is exceedingly small No hand towels provided; for a hotel rated 4 star and no hand towels is unacceptable.

The reception staff were outstanding, very helpful and professional. WiF was excellent (room 731), bed very comfortable. AC was very good, kept rook comfortably cool. Great location. The breakfast buffet was very good but expensive at 250 baht.

The staff is unable to control the noise in hotel due to loud, obnoxious customers from large groups from India who are loud late at night and early in the mornings by yelling in hallways every day and night waking up all the other customers!

The shower was over the bath and the curtain was not sufficient to keep the water from spahing the bathroom because you had to hand hold the shower to get the water on your body. Renovations were being made to rooms above me which I hope would include a proper shower cubical.

Good sized room. Very comfortable bed . Cleaning was good. Situated betwween Soi 7&8 but still quiet. A small compact fitness room adjoining the pool which was clean and I enjoyed very much. Very good choice for breakfast. Staff we always cheerful and helpful.

The shower is terrible, you will get a better shower over on the islands than here, not sure how to maintain 4 star with that, maybe it just needs a new shower head, you get better pressure from the toilet hose. The bed is super hard, I know some like this but after a few days my back got sore from it. The air conditioner struggles to keep the room cold, even when it's going all the time, maybe this is due to the size of the room but you would have thought eventually it would have caught up.

The location is perfect, right in the middle, minute walk to the beach, minute walk to central, 30s walk to bars, everything so handy. The room was quite large, the TV was adequate and breakfast was pretty decent. Curtains did a great job of blocking out the sunlight too. The staff are all great too, house keeping do a great job.
