Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomDidn't meet any other guests, not the most social but it is low season currently so this is most likely the reason why! We were also jet lagged so we were not out in the lobby at peak times.
Room was a perfect size with controllable air conditioning, a large shower room and separate bathroom. Plenty of room to unpack our rucksacks and live more comfortablly. TV dv player with tonnes of dvds to watch. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Perfect location, a stones throw to multiple 7/11s, the Sunday market, and on the doorstep of a beautiful temple.

Our stay could not have been better. Totally recommend this place for Families The place is strategically located to the main temples of the city. We are a family of four, and we got the room with the 4 beds. Kids had a blast having their own "mini room" climbing the ladder to get to it. That was really fun The place was super clean. The staff and owner were super kind and very communicative. 100% recommend this place!

United KingdomThe only thing that could’ve made it better (which I don’t think the owners could help) would’ve been to have a window in our room. It didn’t matter to us too much - as the aircon was great and we didn’t stay too long in our room during the day. However some people might not like this.
We got the quadruple room and it was perfect for us! The beds are in little separate holes in the wall so it’s lovely to have some privacy. The room is spacious and the bathroom facilities were great. The space was clean and we especially loved the free water bottles they gave daily. The owner and stuff were also so friendly! The location is perfect - right in the middle of Chiang Mai old town and so close to the walking street.

United KingdomReally nothing we can fault about this property! All of the staff, including Nimit (the owner), went above and beyond to cater for all of our needs. The location is very convenient, just a short walk away from the main tourist areas of central Chiang Mai, whilst being located on a quieter side street so the Poshtel itself is nice and quiet. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfy. We wouldn’t have wanted to stay anywhere else. The most welcoming and friendly accommodation we have stayed in throughout our entire month in Thailand :) we will be back!!
