The staff are very friendly. They always greet guests with a smile and make their guests happy. All staffs always keep the accommodation clean and take immediate action to ensure guests are comfortable. The food is varied and very delicious. Compared to other competing resorts on Koh Samui. Silavadee is considered one of the world's best luxury resorts!

Everything!! Great Staff Super comfortable beds Excellent Location The whole staff was so so nice. They used to greet us every morning. They used to bring complimentary items everyday. All they wanted is their guest to smile. My words cannot describe how wonderful my experience was. I wife loved it Everyone was so so kind to my toddler as well. AMAZING BREAKFAST AND GREAT VIEW!

We sleep at the ocean front villa, the view is incredible, open to the sea just for you, perfect. The hotel and the room is little bit old, its less luxury, but still amazing villa and stunning view and amazing walk in shower and crazy big bath to. The staff of course is amazing and take care of everything. Breakfast is good but not amazing. But a lot of options.

The massage was pretty expensive and was not worth the cost. Room service is a bit slow, almost an hour to get the order. Crowded restaurant durring breakfast and, again, slow service. Up to 25 minutes to get coffee.

The room was amazing, stuff very friendly, and helpful, very good breakfast. Shuttle buses for free to chaweng and lamai. There are lots of complementary drinks and snacks in the room. Bed superrrrrr comfortable.

We had the most wonderful stay in Silavadee resort. Beautiful resort, stunning views and the perfect beach and pool(s). The restaurants were excellent and the food delicious. But above all we enjoyed the service. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Honouring the Thai hospitality. This is what makes a 5 star hotel a genuin 5 star home. We stayed there for 9 nights and where pampered by Oan/Aonny, Manee and Wi. (Sorry if I misspelled your names). They made our stay even more memorable! Thank you very much!!! 🙏🏻

I was travelling with 2 girls and a male they would always forget my orders at dinner forget to give me a glass for the bottle of wine we ordered. I was treated like I was not even there.

Our stay at Silavadee was very special for us. Maybe the most authentic thai experience for us. It was the only hotel (out of 5 we booked for this holiday) that surprised us very pleasantly with a room upgrade. The view was simply stunning...we could spend hours by our pool enjoying that stunning scenery. The rooms were big and well designed. The staff's attention to every detail was simply amazing. Every detail carefully considered. Everyone very kind and caring...although they didn't have a kids club, we didn't mind. It was time well spent with our daughter by the pool. The food was also quite delicious.

There should be more shuttle buses available to the main towns as you are quite a way out of both. They took you in at 4.30 but that was the last bus, it would have been nice if there was a pick up at 9ish

The staff are lovely and the food in the resort is lovely but quite pricey. The beds are amazingly comfortable and the views amazing. Having a private beach is lovely as you are not pestered by all the salespeople like you are on Lami and Chewang.

A stay unlike any other I've experienced. Service and customer care went 10 times beyond what anyone would expect. From the 1 minute response times on the app to the daily morning refills of dried mango, cookies and exotic fruit, a nightly treat on your bed, the pools that are always clean, towels always available, water bottles constantly topped up in the gym, every extra supply you could need or may have forgotten (like HDMI cable or charger), exceptional buffet breakfasts, staff who remember your name and room. Well worth the price to wake up listening to the birds here singing outside your room. It's away from the bustle of the towns but that's only 10 minutes by car or hotel organised free daily shuttle. Service from staff Chom and Por was outstanding.

I would say didn’t like cause it didn’t ruin our stay as we love it but I guess If I compare to what I would pay in Switzerland ( I would obviously not get a villa with private view ) but some parts are a bit messy which I guess with a little bit of extra work could be fixed Easily. Beach: furniture needs to be changed they have different tables and lounge chairs that a very old and it makes the entire thing look messy. Looks like they just gathered all the furniture from here and there and put them together. They also have some furniture storage in the back with open door and looks like and abandonned place with dirty runned down furniture in it. The beach felt more like 3* than 5*. Same with the pool bar at the main pool which isn’t in use anymore. That’s fine but instead of covering it or just keep it clean they left the Inox fridges and some stuff in it so you can tell that they haven’t been used for a while so it looks dirty and messy. I don’t know they should cover it or put plants but like that it feels abandoned and messy. Please take note that these are little things that can be fixed that that don’t change our experience that was 10/10. I highly recommend to stay here!

Our villa, villa 8, was just amazing. And they really tried to make us feel at home and taken care off. Bed is super comfortable and I am picky with that. Villa and private pool were booth really clean. The villas are surrounded by lots of tress and natures which is just marvelous. And still they managed to keep everything clean with not too many bugs. Breakfast and Thai food at the heights were always good. Spa was amazing too. Had 3 massages all were superb. We took a cooking class with their sous chef Manee. She is a gem she made the entire experience special. Thanks Manee for your great energy and good mood and obviously for your amazing food.
