A small and clean boutique hotel in an excellent location near the pier, pampering rooms on the beach and charming staff that helps with everything with a big smile highly recommended 💙

Staff in the hotel is very nice a we enjoyed our stay. We had ferry at 3:30pm and they secure our luggage after check-out and we could use beach chairs, towels and shower. I definitely recommend this place, because is clean, stylish and close to pier and city center.

Not that I didn’t like it, but the property doesn’t have a pool. But it’s right on the beach, so the ocean is just as good

Everything. Room was perfect (except the view), it was a city view, but there are slats right across the whole window which blocks any view. But on the plus side it’s blocks allot of the sun which reduces the heat. but that could have been solved by paying for a beach view room. There was complimentary paddle boards, snorkel and mask, and a double kayak, complimentary slush drinks and snacks. All the. Staff were brilliant!!! So far on this current holiday I have stayed in 10 hotels, some allot more expensive than this one, but this one was (so far) the best. 2 mins walk from the pier. Right opposite the best dive shop on the island (master divers). Will definitely book here again!!

We didn’t have more time there

Can’t recommend this hotel enough!! Im not one for writing reviews but this deserves it. Perfect location on the beach and a 5 minute walk to the pier. The hotel staff were all so friendly, welcoming and helpful. They offered free snorkels for you to rent during your stay which was handy. The beds and pillows were so comfy. Once the balcony door was closed you couldn’t hear the bar next door. The staff even helped and told you where was good to go around the island and what to do! We’ve been around Thailand for 2 weeks now and this was by far the best destination and hotel.

Loved the location right on a beautiful stretch of beach. Gorgeous room and view. The hotel staff were all so lovely and helpful. Close to ferry pier and lots of restaurants/bars but still felt very calm and relaxing. We read some reviews which complained about the noise from the bar next door. We didn’t find this to be a problem at all. Perfect stay, would 100% recommend.

Perfect location on a beautiful beach next to the pier, the boat noise does not interfere. The hotel is super new and nice the staff are great. Room is not too big but very nice and comfortable. shower was great. We went scuba with the company next door "good time" which were awesome as well! Make sure to book the beach facing rooms you wont regret

First of all our stay was amazing! The location, the beach and the hotel room was just perfect. We are still on our trip in Thailand but already think this will be the best hotel of our stay in Thailand. The people who work there are always interested in your day and are very lovely. On top of that, we forgot some stuff in our safe. We already left to another island but they responded quick and put the stuff the same day on the ferry to the island where we stay. Again thank you so much for this!!

Small and new hotel right on the beach, few steps from the sea. We had an amazing view to the beach and to the sea and even to sunset (from the bed). Very nice room, clean, modern and comfortable. Friendly staff. Highly recommended!

The building is beautiful and designed by someone，It's new and clean. The beach is excellent and a good position to enjoy the gorgeous sunset. The service is excellent as well, especially Ice, she gave me much advice to explore this small island.

Everything was as shown on the photos! We booked two nights in the apartment with terrace (upstairs) and two nights downstairs, with direct access to the beach. Even tho we thought we'd like lower unit more, it was the other way around. The room on the 1st floor was more private and in slightly better condition. But regardless, if we go back to Koh Tao, we'll book the same hotel :)

Great location 5’ walk from the pier. Nice small and cosy hotel on the beach. The rooms on the beach side are wonderful with the most beautiful view. Excellent high quality mattress and king bed. The icing on the cake is the wonderful, friendly and extremely helpful staff with the best tips. We had the most pleasant stay and we already look forward to our next stay here. Many thanks to all!

Not enough sun loungers on the beach

Everything! I have been to many 5* star hotels but this one definitely is in my all time top 5 list. Very friendly staff that breathe the cool island vibe. Amazing that they offer free kajak, SUP and mask+snorkel rent. We did our own little kajak beach hopping tour on the west coast. Attention to small details like the water pool for washing the feet after coming from the beach back to your room. Amazing view from the terrace, very romantic ;) super comfortable bed and pillows. less than 10 meters to the ocean. Highly recommended!

Nothing one of the best hotels we have stayed in whilst island hopping Thailand.

Gorgeous little find! Hotel was lovely everything we needed for a bit of R and R after full moon party in Koh Phagnan. Facilities were great - enjoyed the hot/cold flask complimentary from the hotel to put your water in as all water bottles are glass! Lady on reception extremely helpful and very kind!

Rooms and hotel is super modern and clean. The view from the room is spectacular. The staff are super helpful and accommodating, they go out of their way to ensure you have the best time in koh tao possible. There is also a burger place next door which is really good and a beach bar on the other side. Luxury getaway at a affordable price

There is music next door but it’s fairly quiet and can only be heard with the door open.

Beautiful, boutique hotel right on the beach. Great views of the bay. Beds are super comfy. Clean rooms. Water pressure is great (have found this to be an issue at other places!) Paddle boards, kayak free to use. DayBeds and beanbags on the beach. The staff are super friendly and super helpful if you need a restaurant recommendation or help with any bookings.
